On huskys, stihl is always .063 Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  2. Yes, by using a rim with an extra tooth, it increases the speed of the chain Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  3. What mount pattern is the 066, as I know the 051 has the larger pattern, being the same 1111 crank casing, and the contra is exactly the same as the 070/090 as it's an 1106 crank. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  4. Husky are pro online sales, to the point they were talking about making stuff possible to buy direct Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  5. 051 finally has a fully functioning chain brake without changing the crankcase, bit of aluminium and a few bolts later! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  6. I loved cs32, nothing better than a big tree crashing down! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  7. I'd be interested in the staffords Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  8. The 084 is an 088 but with the bar mount pattern similar to the 070 and 076, most parts are interchangeable with the 088, but also the 084 had a fairly short production run, hence why they aren't as widely used. The 3120 tends to be over shadowed as as saw also, with a tendency over the previous years for arbs to use stihl equipment, now the balance is tipping in huskys favour you might hear the 3120 is favoured, with it feeling lighter (to me). 9. Have you seen the innocent smoothie advert? Eddie has gone for a similar approach with the aspen, but you have to buy two 1L bottles of aspen to get a pair Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  10. The 070/090 always goes for big money, very iconic saw, average price on the bay for an 070 is £4-500, an 076 averaged £2-400, depending on how tidy the saw is, but both these series of saws have 95% parts availability. I have tried a few of the 80cc+ saws, some are impressive, some less so! Personally I would go for the giant old stihls for running a bigger mill. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  11. This the 020avs version or the later version? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  12. My dealer offers 20% on new machinery, after I've finished haggling it's usually 25%, and I get shi.. loads of discount on parts too. But cash is always a good option, many an item have I picked up for cheap with a cash sale, though that's never new machinery, usually part-ex's and old stock my 5 foot bar was about the same price as a 30" bar, and I picked up an old 020 for £20 Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  13. I assume that's AFTER the usual discount most dealers give? 50% off is a good whack off a 560! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  14. Go 560, runs the same bars, but has more power, so you can go bigger if you need to! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  15. 545 is the semi pro version of the 550xp, the 555 is the 560 equivalent, I have a 560, it's awesome! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  16. Talk about making a big job of something, anybody watched the cross-cutting video he made? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  17. I thought so, on another note, you booked download yet? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  18. He'd seen some of your work, so decided to get some foreign labour as they do it better, cheaper and faster Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  19. Have you checked the cooling parts? Are many fins missing off the flywheel? Are the cylinder fins caked in crap or snapped? Are the air holes on the starter casing blocked? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  20. Tried a 540, brand new engine (I was the first to run it) and it smoked my 200t! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  21. His neighbours all have ported saws now, or stacks of firewood from his test cuts Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  22. If the cylinder is salvageable just get a piston kit, seals I can't recommend whether there is a better alternative, but the fuel pipe has to be OEM as I haven't seen an AM version, you might though, and carb kits from Rowena, because your local dealer does too, but marks the price up Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  23. It's all about PPE ratings niko, faster chains require better trousers, I've only seen up to 24m/s Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

    Celebrity! ?!

Be very careful of wishing for white bikinis and showers! Some things are better being unseen! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  25. £250? What else has got to be replaced? Just buy a meteor or hyway kit off eBay and fit it your self, it's really easy! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
