a lot of ppl are continuing to use 2t oil thats only good enough for an old skool engine. newer saws are using less fuel...less fuel means less oil being distributed through the engine whilst running. the oil choice needs to be good enough to match the engine performance and account for a reduction in consumption of approx 25%. theres plenty of threads on here about "best" oil choice v cost, im not going to re-ignite that here only to say dont use bog standard 2t oil...its a high performance engine, it only follows you should use a high performance oil!!

  4. what/where is the raffle status Steve so i can check (i bought a couple of tkts) if it makes a difference i use the ios app. cheers 👍
  5. this is incorrect. nothing to do with space but a decision to consolidate multiple sites in same countries into one single business unit. The spares operation was moved for logistical reasons, reduce costs and to meet delivery targets. Construction are not at stonehouse, this was closed years ago. its in gloucester.
  6. have you got a 'spotted' facebook page for your area? a lot of businesses advertise on it, there are a lot of members and its free. just dont overdo it as you will annoy the admins. takes 1 minute and you can reach thousands. if they are not interested, they might share with friends / family who may be.
  7. they are hopeless! a transit can ram them with next to no damage to the van. suggest adding ram raid bollards (or similar) in front of the door. must be visible to the potential scrote as you are liable to injuries on your property regardless of their reason being on the premises. Therefore do not park eg a forklift behind the doors to stop entry. hopefully the addition of bollards will be a deterrent and stop them causing damage.

  12. is there a prize for the correct answer?
  13. doesnt matter that you bought it in Denmark, the warranty is still valid in the uk if you have proof of purchase and is still within warranty term. (1 year)
  14. from experience, getting a patent is a very long and costly process....dont bother...let someone else do the donkey work! contact various manufacturers in the trade ( do your research) and send them an outline detail of your idea. if they are interested they will follow this up, if not they will decline. its highly unlikely they will "rip off your idea". there is a format of letter to send to manufacturers that will protect your idea, no doubt u can download one from the web...the name of the letter escapes me right now but i will check back and post the details. good luck and be patient. my idea took 4 years to get a patent and about 6 to get to its current stage which is close to production (and about £1million R&D costs, way out of my budget obviously!)
  15. the bit when her boobs fall out is great 😜
  16. recently stuffed i recall!
  17. 28" is already at the top end of the 570 ability. 36" 395 is ok, if you're set on 42", 3120 would be the better choice of the two.
  18. the clutch design is what makes it more 'flickable' for snedding. being outboard is slightly awkward when servicing it, but the ergonomics are of higher importance.
  19. Are u using the web or the arbtalk app?
  20. ...clearing chicken ****!
