  4. As been said driving liscence and b+e will give a distinct advantage, As well as basic chainsaw tickets. Definitely offer your services to local firms for nowt for a start, and they might end up paying if you work well, and it could all start from there
  5. Yep P'pros same problems, sole splitting, leaking and general bad wear and tear. My Airstreams are holding out much better had them 2 year

  8. I use swarfega natural. Works perfectly for me got 2 1l tubs for fiver, bargain
  9. Might have to ask, but just because they don't pay your tax are you not being employed?
  10. Look's exactly like what my mates use for mucking out horses. Most the shavings/sawdust fall through. I find a snow shovel works well
  11. That's interesting. I don't have insurance apart from personal, as I don't do my own jobs. I'm always working on other peoples jobs and thought they covered it as they are "employing" me. Other insurers may be different though

    Good job that Glad I haven't had a big tree to climb today, although I've taken down 14 30 footers down today. That was enough for in the heat

    I've used the dog tick picker things seem to work, not sure what there called. Just need to make sure you get the head. A mate of mine used a soldering iron on one! I wouldn't recommend it
