I always do a "upside down" gob cut then use a lower back cut always works for me. As for catching the rope clip it up, only takes a second

I've worked in a 10 man gang and 2 man. Never been treated any differently in either. Only thing I've seen is less tree care, as most large firms do rail, roads or lines. So answer to question is I'd prefer small firms

All I know is the kingpin/malesta/insa turbo etc are remoulds my Insa special traks are only rarated to 960 kg, I think my old bgf A/T were 1065 kg but they were old tyres -
