  1. For a properly maintained Greenmech ... just add fuel...
  2. Thank you David, Bear and Rich very helpful. It's frustrating when you have a client nagging you to get it done before the end of the financial year too! Cheers, James
  3. I was given a mac 55 last year, need to source a new muffler from the US, well a second hand one, as its too corroded. Looking forward to getting time to strip it right down and rebuild it with the new muffler and get it back rocking
  4. Hi all I have been trying to get a TPO / CA check on a property in Chislehurst under Bromley LPA but they don't answer the phone, reply to messages left or emails? Has anyone have knowledge if its still Gwen Exford down there or is there someone new and what is there number if anyone has it?? Thanks in advance
  5. Its a nice looking tree, i wonder if it had a tpo on it .... Paying for the wood, erm no ya ok thanks
  6. Thanks for the feedback Reg, much appreciated. Will be getting one in a few weeks and start having a play with it on a few jobs.
  7. Already been posted right here buddy - http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/stolen-equipment/85020-wow.html
  8. An average price of £645.16 each? Really? Either way yeah its a fair amount of saws and it does raise questions.
  9. Ok here's one for you chaps. > Not mine, found on ebay for sale < BUT... Check out the ram positioning on this, i reckon with a clever bit of welding on the bucket that this could be made in to a loader / grab for not much money? Apparently it will lift 300kg's which is a fair weight to load i thought. Skip doesnt look much cop for logs but that could be altered
  10. Reg, This couldn't have come at a better time. I was only this weekend gone looking at GoPro's and wondering which to get. The 4 silver has the led screen on the back right? How are you finding it overall? Do you use the wrist band on/off control with it, or the app, or neither or both? Beginning to wish i purchased one for tomorrows job now but i guess there will be others. Cheers James
  11. Try Trust insurance: Cameron - 01604 492644
  12. Yup, glad i saw this before i opened it, spaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaammerrrrrrrrrrrr
  13. Bump. Or is everyone staying quiet cos you all break the copyright law
  14. Nicely done :-) cool waterfall
  15. Well i wouldnt put my kid on anything less than a sports rope or my main line. Amazing what some people do but then I did similar when i was a lad, like climbing up 30 - 40 ft trees with no rope
  16. Thanks for the replies so far. Would be interested to hear from those on here who regularly publish videos on youtube which have mainstream music in them?
  17. Ok so I am looking at increasing the number of videos this coming year with getting a gopro etc. Most videos are 100% better with music and the royalty free music on offer by youtube themselves is frankly, naff. SOoooooooooo How do you source, attach music to, and work around the copyright issues with music on YouTube? Looking into it there are huge areas of greyness and different countries have different laws. There are fair usage laws (funny cat video with music playing i the back ground etc) but even these contradict themselves given recent payouts in courts in various cases. Plus also apparently the Youtube FAQ's even have contradictions as nobody seems to know the answer?? In the UK, there was a deal done between PRS and Youtube but this doesn't cover all artists. What video processing software do you use and where do you source your music and display it in a copyright 'friendly' way? Or do most people just wing it? Thanks, James
  18. Nice looking result but I much prefer a pallet wood log shed, looking to build one soon. And I reckon most people could build one of those poly tunnels in the time he spent talking
  19. Interesting, I've often thought about a similar technique but hadn't seen anyone do it. Thanks for posting
  20. Sounds like a job for a sharp silky on the hip holster instead to me.
  21. The 100, The mentalist and NCIS are all favourites in the family here. Police interceptors, Helicopter heros and Emergency bikers usually get a look in. Just finished but Ice road truckers is never missed on a friday night with a burger in hand. And sunday night viewing is usually Countryfile, Call the midwife and Dragons den J Edit - Currently watching grand designs australia, and normal grand designs is thought provoking too
  22. I often think back to that day when driving past the area en route to the shops locally. Wonder how many times he had to sharpen the chain? Surely bone is hard ole stuff or did you, mick, go through the soft bits only??
  23. I think as a model for business it works well for someone promo'ing a product, my other half makes jewellery and does #handmadehour and such like. I think it has its place but i am yet to make full use of it. I so far have found it hard to find enough time to devote to any more socialmedia when i do facebook page, googleplus page, pinterest (good for increasing seo also), youtube and linkedin. Although linkedin has only produced one work enquiry but that's likely to be due to my lack of joining groups etc on there. There is so much to learn about social media, do it right and it will boost your seo massively. It's easy to why people have social media managers! Its also necessary to find out what social media doesnt like - example do not post more than 3 times in quick succession on facebook as it nulls the posts in peoples news feeds as they see it as semi spamming! Its easy to see why facebook is dying.
