  1. thats ok its vast the distances i think devon and cornwall have the biggest network of small roads in the country there are so many things to see and so little time to do it happy christmas had this arrive yesterday :thumbup:

  3. there are a small number of bars that are listed in the new oregon catalogue they are 17'' and 20'' nothing bigger you can get some 28'' and 30'' from usa
  4. yes Eddy it makes sense THOSE older do33 bars are so heavy and deep the 9010 was sold in the usa with the smaller bar studs and smaller hole bar plates, i have a selection here genuine dolmar , it makes life easier i can use so many more bars now rather than the standard dolmar 29'' 74cm solid nose zapping power :thumbup:
  5. as Harvey and Blg J said it's a big old saw not as agile as some but built like a tank i have a photo on the chainsaw photo thread i think its on page 26 i have one here and i love the old hammer its totally old skool i can get parts very easy and fairly quickly if needed my prices for this saw are dearer than the makita version but the EU version of this saw comes with d033 bar mounts i have the conversion kit that you can use D009 mounts so your options are varied and any large husqvarna bars will fit iam sure mr SAW TROLL likes this saw
  6. hello J the 6100 is'nt electronic it has memory power ignition and easy start but no electronic tuning it does'nt even have a cat muffler it is a tad heavier than the competition but worth it :thumbup:
  7. the makita EA6100 and the Dolmar PS-6100 are both the same power output and are becoming more popular its a good strong saw defiantly worth a try
  8. on your way down to the lizard you could visit TREBAH gardens near falmouth they have been put on the national tree register this year with several champion trees open all year round

    i will find out if they do a bar i might just test the sprocket and bar from the ps-3410 and see if there the same

    here are some photos of the PS-350sc this is the smallest of the pro saws it uses the same chassis and parts as the nippy PS-420sc
  22. i have a bolens 1256 tractor with the kohler 18hp petrol engine all the wiring was cut and removed bodged up i have put a new ignition barrel on renewed most of the wiring cleaned up the starter everything is running fine but there is one item that is missing i want a voltage rectifier i have been told that a rectifier off a john deere ride on mower that uses the kohler engine i was hoping you had any ideas thanks
  23. was it the true extendable polesaw or the polesaw you put the different attachments on how quiet did you find the engine they say its very economical but sounds good weight wise
