hello in older models there where differences but in the new products range it looks like there is'nt any differences between the two brands apart from colour and model numbers but when it comes to saws prepared for markets outside of the EU there are differences but as Ian IC TREE'S says Dolmak makdol dolkita :thumbup1: a marriage made in japan

  13. would you consider a dolmar PS-9010 you can have 30'' 32'' 36'' and 42'' with skip chain if you go standard makita you will have DO33 mounts = bar limits the dolmar can come with D009 bar mounts and you can use any bar that fits the bigger husqvarna so the choice is endless if you want any info please PM
  14. hopefully dealers should keep the consumable products in stock but sometimes it does'nt happen but you should try a model that suits your line of work
  15. personally i think the new 7910 is a better saw there are a few changes from the 7900 when the new 7910 came out it was said its heavier, different flywheel, limited coil, heavier crank ,better fuel consumption means less power but in this case dolmar have made it a tad heavier for a reason making a saw lighter and more attractive is'nt always the best move dolmar used to be very very weak on the av mounts rubbers used to break all the time i think dolmar have made a belter of a saw in the PS-7910 :001_smile:
