  10. Or you could do what I do get the Sugihara D033 , D009 bars in 3/8 what ever length needed and purchase the 404 tips and change when ever needed
  11. No they won't like it at all As you know jon , the major ones you deal with in these operations some of the contacts couldn't organise a pee up in a brewery
  12. Thanks stubby there used to be differences in the two brands but in later years that isn't the case they are produced to the same design specs Makita as the parent company have had the trump card since brexit ,bringing in there saws at the prices they want to promote and compete Where as Dolmar hasn't been high on there priority list so the problem that I have had is since the realase of the Dolmar ps-6100. Dolmar have been steadily increasing the price of the saw and now it's proved itself and is selling well in the EU usa and the Uk so they have no reason to be cheaper , and with the euro so strong against the pound it's automatically dearer so this past six months it's been difficult to bring them in and compete in the uk , but it has worked both ways as I've been able to export products to other countries Iam offering people the option of Dolmar and makita to people and giving the same service and back up
  13. Yes you can have what bar you need 15" 18" 20" or 24" I can supply you makita or Dolmar
  14. Good post This is about the long and short of it 80 - 90 trees a day 6-7 tanks of fuel Cut and stack 5 rows each way to get your meterage payment to cutters with volume measurement not weight And everybody would look forward to a forgotten plantation of closely planted Norway spruce that hadn't been thinned yet 12ft 2" bars everywhere
  15. Hello Beau , Rob D has the 24" in the k095 mount which fits the 560 and 6100 but if you didn't want to go that big the 20" is a good alternative if needed to fit between the saws you have in your arsenal
