  1. Yes creosote redwood posts are a lot more expensive than SC and more uniform but horses will have a go at most woods you have a good supplier not too far from you it's batsford sawmill near longleat who have a good range of creosote products You could also coat the rails with creosote mixed with a little sump oil or red diesel to put them off
  2. Yes I was a bit wtf it could have been a disaster but they dug deep and conquered Look out next week home derby come on Bristol
  3. Great match 10 put of 10 for Eddie some great work after they settled down After all those penalties given away could have changed the shape of the game but they bucked down and played for the win

  6. As pat says they are the same saw but the price differences are correct with certain online shops and agents , but realistic prices with dealer support aren't as far apart as you may think I will put some prices up on the Dolmar thread The makita Dolmar relationship is similar to husqvarna jonsereds
  7. All three brands of saws handle and perform differently if your lucky enough to be near enough to try all three saws then your half way there All I can say is the 6100 will cover the 60cc - 70cc area well, even the longest K095 bar supplied

Thats it josh I appreciate and respect what you like in your tools and what makes you happy , and all the feedback good and bad helps in every way when your selling O.P.E , and giving the customers the right product they need You can try the 5105 next week Josh and if it isn't the right saw for you then that's ok , after all it's a purchase you gotta work with everyday and if it doesn't tick all the boxes then you don't commit
