  4. Piss taking aside this is what I do . Eye it all up , shorter teeth get 2 strokes longer get 4 and in between get 3 . You can get them close enough that way . no need to use a mic , vernier , spanner or laser beam ....
  5. Show him how a sharp chain cuts . tell him you will attempt to cut the dirty rotten logs if he buys you a new chain .
  6. I am in West Sussex and fitted mine with a mate who has a wood burner fitting firm . He did it for mates rates £500 . He supplied the liner and register plate and got on the roof and fitted the liner . It was originally 7.5 inch clay liners so the 6 inch stainless fitted like a glove .

  9. Never tried filing with an adjustable spanner , always found a file works better 1
  10. He has just overloaded it same as if you put too much weight in a tipper and it wont tip . They are an absolute godsend if you are sensible with it . I have a D22 pick up and it rolls out split logs in seconds .

  18. Do you use TIG or MIG ? I always found TIG much harder to master .
