A lot of people have had warm start problems . I have an early 560 ( 2011) and I took the gamble of sending it off to petemate for " tweeking " and since he sent it back 4 years ago ? its been faultless in the starting department ...

I tend to agree with this although I thought the new Husky flip caps were still the same screw in thread ( as opposed to Stihl 1/4 turn ) just with a flippy bit to screw it ?

I'm not shocked at all . I sold a a 394 with a 36 inch bar to a bloke from the Philippines . They sent some film back of the guy using it in shorts and flip flops . Ok may be I wouldn't do that but I have done what the bloke in the vid is doing and I'm still alive ...in fact I am nearer dead now than I was when I did it ! Did it when I was about 16 and am, 62 now ... -

Mine has never been a problem to start and it runs very strong . The rear AV spring mount broke causing the saw to fall in half . A lot of damaged plastics . Just got it back now but not used it in anger . will be very gentle with it now .

Sounds similar to the latest spring for the T540 . Trouble is its no good beefing up the spring on that as the mount is the weak part . Pants .
