1. Is that you with them on in the avatar ?
2.
Him Steve . Does some one need to know my address for the rugby tickets I was lucky to win ? Don't suppose they are printed yet but just thought I would check as the game is next month . Regards Andy .

3. Bingo ! Its when you have a relatively long bar buried completely in the wood you have a greater length ( between cutters ) to carry the chip away . Helps stop bogging and binding .
4. Full skip chain has a Rh cutter then a driver , then another driver , them a Lh cutter etc etc . Semi skip has The same arrangement but alternates between 2 drivers then 1 driver then 2 etc etc .
5. Thing is , on a 560 anyway , I ended up bending the 2 metal pins that engage with the starter when not using the decomp ...
6. Fantastic little saw in their day ! On a 13" . Might bend you back a bit on that bar though . Least you got a saw ......
7. Sooo , Newmarket are ah ? .........
8. Back to dealer then . I think there are a whole host of modded parts to sort this problem . I don't have a 550 but maybe some of the others on here who do can advise mate . Good luck ! ( Oh for an old 242 ! )
9. This is what works on my 560 ....ONE pump of primer . DON'T touch the red lever ( as ignition is always on ) . De comp in ( if you don't want to destroy the metal pins that engage with the stater mech ) Grab it between your thighs and pull sharpish . 2 of these pulls and it goes . Don't flood it !
10. I have book marked your gallery mate . .....for future reference
11. Do it in a one er and get a Chinook in to lift it off ....Oh the days of the British Empire
12. Doubt you would find one now but I will say it any way 242 on a 13"
13. Burley Hollywell . Look em up , very efficient stove .
14. You have to get the liner the right way up but once you got that sorted ......
15. And just about every one knows now just by grinding off a couple of fins on the transfer covers ....shazam ! you suddenly have a 372Xtorque with 365 written on it
16. Was thinking the same Or is that Sheffield in India ?
17. You have . But ....something with more torque is harder to stop if you are still on the gas
18. Can you get on the roof and slide / screw a 6" liner down ? If you feel confident do it yourself . Fit the register plate also ? Go for it . there's not much else to it I think ( having helped in the installation of mine ) ...
19. Unless you have a 372 then its just a circlip
20. Sorry Wes only quoting from the factory specs ...should know better !
21. Did not watch the vid but classic round over ?
