  7. I feel fox shit trumps dog shit on the stink - o - meter . Did hit a concealed tin of Dulux White Gloss paint with a metal blade once . Not pretty but smelled ok .

  14. I take your point . However I have , or did have two or three smooth , turned on a lathe , slightly tapered wooden pins purely for this application .
  15. Just as an aside , I could be wrong , but I don't think Aspen 4 is synthetic . As I understand it is taken from the very top of the refinery and this is a smaller amount than the rest of the fuel , hence its high price . ( less of it per volume and more refined )

  17. Does no body put a tapered stick in knots that are going to do that ? I have always done it . Just tap the stick out and the knot is loose .
