  8. This morning at about 06:15 I went into the field with my spaniel hoping to meet my mate Dave with his lab . Both dogs wear flashing collars as its still pitch black . Dave was out before me this morning . When Grouse ( the lab ) spotted mine she came barreling toward us . Usually she would miss me by a few inches but this morning she hit me square on , right on the outside edge of my metal knee . The pain was intense and shot down my leg into my ankle . She poleaxed be like a skittle . Just back from A+E . Luckily no bones broken but extensive soft tissue damage . Non weight bearing at the moment . Don't you just love life ! ?
  9. Oil rig . Long swim for job and knock ?

  15. Andy me old mucker . Most of the time I am on your side , and I respect your views , politically and to do with oil extraction , This is not about how many blokes were trained up or retained . Believe me bud , if you have spent your formative years learning how to perfect your trade ( hand cutting ) you would want to be on piece rate . If you are good at something all the while your body lets you , you want to maximize your potential . Its the way it is bud . ?
  16. I remember that observation by Joe and found it interesting . Torsional cracks like the above are quite common in Cedars around abouts . Joe could well be right .
  17. If the same difference applies as on the MK2 550 then by all accounts I would wait .
  18. Only happy to help matey , you know me ?
  19. Eggs mate . It only works in Sussex so no good to you bud . ?
