I agree totally . However I was speaking to Mark Oden yesterday ( MJO Forestry ) and he said if its got it it will die eventually . How much of this statement is commercially based I don't know . He has felled thoudands on tones and is currently enjoying a boom in the round wood sales .

I have asked this . The containers are quite heavy duty plastic Seems a shame not to re use them . You could maybe get a few pence back as an incentive ? Like the old soda syphons . . Chucked a Husqvarna one in the recycle today . They took it no problem as it didn't smell of petrol .

Yep I see that . My mate wont sharpen an 020/200 chain coz the down time lost cutting is more than the cost of a new chain . Thing is , about your point , you just might be in better health in those 2 years to keep on using that saw ...

Any of you guitarists out there use/used a Vox AC 35 Tony Bruno model ? Its based on the AC30 but the circuitry has been designed by Tony Bruno , for Vox , ( American bespoke amp designer ) . Its sorta Fender BlackFace meets Marshal . Slightely darker in tome that the AC30 . I got one and an AC 30 with the old British " chime"

Like I said . If it was not here we would all be doing what you are . I have been the same . Been using pump fuel for years with no apparent problems but I know its better for me and I know its better for the machiene . Strip a saw that has been using Aspen from the get go and inside its clean as a whistle . Practically zero carbon build up . Strip a saw that has run on pump fuel all its life and its a different story . ...Not saying your lungs have carbon build up but there must be some advantages ..

My nephew in Australia had size 13 feet when he was about 13 years old . It looked like he had a couple of canoes on the end of his legs . ?

The thing is If Alketite fuels were not here we would all go on using pump fuel . Our life style choices are irrelevant . Its like the MMR vaccine . Before it we would still be getting measles . I use it coz its there and its better . Better for me and better for my saw/hedge cutter/log splitter etc etc .

Not considered Husqvarna ? I find they cut fast and have bigger gaps between cutters to accept bigger stuff .
