  7. Pretty sure I saw a Hen Harrier the other day . Not seen one here down south for maybe 20 years . They are usually much further north but I used to see them on occasion . Think they are becoming very rare . Shame .

  11. Have done similar in the past . I cant for the life of me remember what it was but I caught him a bit of a conundrum that there was no way out of . They could not give me a definitive answer so off they trudged .

    If I had the luxury of unlimited choice it would be a .22-250 ( fast and flat ) for foxes and if stalking Reds it would be a .308 .

    When I was 11 or 12 I did my " backwoodsman " badge in the scouts . I built a bivi from sticks and ferns and slept in it for 2 nights . Baked a hedgehog in clay and eat it . Then got picked up by my Mum and went home . Does that count ?
  18. The Stihl 362 would be ok if you just wanted something to prop the door open with . Huaqvarna 550 MK2 and grease the clutch bearing once a year , or not . Up to you .

    Did you notice the burger van that follows him around ? He is , how can I put it , " well covered " . He sits by a lake in the middle of nowhere and manages to catch a fish about3 inches long and says that will sustain him until morning . Ok ...😁
