  4. I see a brown hare quite often and presume its the same one as he is always in the same area . Buzzards and now kites are like confetti round here . Rooks all over . Crows and a few ravens as well . Magpies and jays also . Wood peckers a plenty , greate spotted and green . No lesser spotted . . Black cap warbler in my ear this morning . Mistle thrush up in the woods but not down near the house . Munti , roe and fallow in the woods . Saw 5 or 6 fallow together and one was a white one . As you say not many rabbits and not heard a cuckoo round here for about 10 years . Finches of all kinds and out in the fields yellow hammer but can't get them to come to the feeders .

  6. I am no expert but , If you are going to use the pond water for irrigation you cant really stock it with fish , can you ?

  11. I love them but they are not all good . Have watched them open up the hole in a blue tit box and pull the chicks out .
  12. I had that fella ( great spotted ) recently . I watched him , he did not eat any thing but hung around watching for 30 secs and then flew off !

  19. Yea . Coil may well spark in fresh air but under compression it might not if there is a fault on it . A new or proven one will eliminate it . On the edge of my seat by the way πŸ‘
