  2. Not much Ivy growing down the mines either .
  3. Go on then . How does it ?
  4. On the double ended one he is wasting a stroke . Split it once and the rotate both split bits together as if they were still one log and split again . That way you get 4 logs with 2 passes instead of 3 passes . Its what I do with mine anyway .
  5. 20" max . 18" is better balanced . get a 70cc or 80cc saw .
  6. I keep filing mine back untill some of the cutters fall off in use . I know it does not owe me anything then 😀
  7. Got nothing against it but , if you get it right the first time you sharpen I don't see the need .
  8. Arse covering by the manufacturer I expect .
  9. If you don't get through a bottle in 2 weeks let alone 2 years your not working hard enough ! 😁
  10. It lasts for me and I am retired from full time cutting so I don't see it being a problem for you bud !

  12. They are " ALL THE SAME " for practical purposes but there are differences that won't matter to us . They are all Alkylate fuel taken from the top of the refinery .
  13. I still remember the push bike up against the wall and the gnarly old stick you took out with just a had held Silky saw . I was impressed then .....🙂
  14. No . Its the Husqvarna equivalent . Very similar .
  15. Same here Gary but without the snow .
  16. Dunno . Just added a bit to my post above if it helps .
  17. Yes . Maybe a tad longer . What is the shelf life of Motomix ? I have been doing the same ever since its been available . Aspen 4 to start with then lately the Husqvarna equivalent . Been mixing it with Redline racing 2t oil at 50:1 . No problems .
  18. I use ( coz I can ) Red line racing 2T oil mixed at 50:1 with Husqvarna Alkylate fuel . I think that is the billie bollox .
  19. How do " they " know there are 9,200 un discovered if " they " have not discovered them ? Asking for a friend . 🙂
