I have those . Had them and others for 5 + years . Still good . A little surface rust on the spring is all . They live out by the way .

Yes AJ . I have noticed I don't get many Green finches on my feeder now . Chaffinches and Bull finches are becoming scarce as well . Get lots of Goldiies , Long tailed tits Blue and Great tits .

I been living with mine since 2003 . I had half a box of screws removed when the surgeon put in a " half knee " 🙂 Its the cards you are dealt . Make the most of what you can do ...

It do bud , it do . So sorry for you . I am retired from full time cutting ( as you know ) but it still needs " managing " . Its the night time that's the bugger . During the day you can sorta " make do and mend " but trying to sleep with left shoulder hurting , right shoulder hurting left hip hurting and right knee hurting is a fcuking challenge ! The only thing I don't get now is the cramp at night in my fingers from gripping a saw all day . Got to be thankful for small mercies together with Ibuprofen and Co-codamol . I freekin' hope we get our reward in heaven bud 😄

The Ruddy duck is an invasive species , interbreeding with our white headed duck and producing fertile hybrid ducks making a mess of the species . Ivy is just ivy .
