  4. 100:1 will kill it ? Depends on the oil . How will EXACTLY the " wrong " fuel cause there to be no spark ? Await with interest 🙂
  5. As Mick has said . They die " slowly " from day one . That could very likely have several years left yet . Maybe take out any dead wood .

    Shocking!

Oh yes several letters and phone calls from a dept collecting firm . Its all died down now ( fingers crossed ) but they were very persistent . I explained several times the situation and each time they said they would look into it . The hole thing was over a period of roughly 2 years . They always started with " We are sorry for your loss and realise its difficult time but you owe .......They did not seem to grasp the fact that the property had been empty from before the last refunded bill and the now , in fact , it belonged to someone else !

    Shocking!

I have had EON saying that I owe them about £500 for electricity in my old Dads house . This despite the fact that during that period no one lived in it and the last bill was a £1000 refund ! Also the property is sold a year ago . I told them to **************** right off .
  8. Well I did not know that . Just made the assumption they were all 3 . Thanks spaceman 🙂
  9. Yea but Monterey is 3 needles as this one is . 🙂
  10. Yea but will that fix his saw ?
  11. Well that points to the pull cord assembly surey ?
  12. So it is , so it is Marky boy to be sure . 🙂
  13. Probably a suspended diminished 9th with a flattened 5th . 🙂
  14. Maybe he meant a battery one I dunno . Sorry you are having trouble . It does sound as if something is binding . As has been suggested ( in the friendliest manner ) check the flywheel is not binding on anything like the ignition unit or some crud caught behind it . If the piston is not scored visibly through the exhaust port you may have a broken ring that is snagging . Just a thought . Hope you get it sorted .
  15. And there we have it . Happy Land 😁
  16. Someone needs to invent petrol saws .
  17. Good , well thought out informative post .
  18. Hey no worries . As it goes I think its the best oil out there , just my opinion and that 🙂
  19. just suggesting Red Line as you can run it at 100:1 and that is what the OP says it should run .
  20. I am happy to pay all his postage if you have a Promac 101 with the cart engine you would sell to me 😀👍
  21. I use it , and have for at least 10 years and never a problem . I use at 50:1 in my saws .
  22. I think a lot depends on the draw of your flu . I am lucky as mine pull like a train . I can put a few small bits in and a a couple of medium logs on top , blast it with a map gas torch and with the air vent wide open and the door on the first catch jobs a goodun .
  23. Use Red Line racing 2T oil . can be mixed at any ratio from 30:1 down to 100:1 Get some and try it ......
