  1. Yes they have rights, they have the right to choose to go looting even though they may get shot - after all its a free country 😁😁 (At least that's what will happen when I get into power) Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app
  2. According to Wikipedia his appointment ends in july this year. If he lasts that long I can't see him being reappointed. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app
  3. Don't forget the clutch bearing being manufactured with a tolerance of +/- 1mm 😁 Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app
  4. Having used it for a couple of hours now I've found a problem. In timeline and unread modes the refresh button doesn't update the page, it simply refreshes the page with exactly the same info. Only way I seem to be able to properly refresh is to log out and back in or go to settings and clear cache which effectively restarts the app. Any ideas? Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app
  5. Can't see that a fair comparison can be made without comparing the responsibilities of the other countries environment agencies. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app

This one is an off cut from last weeks natural edged elm burr, tiny only 2 inch tall Spalted beech Natural edged oak Finally a spalted beech goblet with a wavey rim, did this to see if it would work. Not sure it does. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app
  7. Very atmospheric photo, love it. Is it HDR as there looks to be plenty of detail in the darks and lights. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Arbtalk mobile app

  11. Just gets better and better for you mate  Hope they've sorted you out with somewhere fairly local to live. I think I'm coming down next weekend, not certain yet but if I get a chance I'll stop by and see if you're about. Keep smiling Bob

  13. Wet as hell this morning when I was doing the brakes on the car, eased off a bit now but still raining.
  14. A mate dropped off a Dolmar 153 yesterday, been in a shed for years and was absolutely solid. Chucked a load of wd40 down the pot last night and this morning have, with the careful use of wooden blocks and a 2 foot bar managed to get the pot off. Looks like it has had a lean size, scoring on the outlet side. So looking like a new piston, anyone got any ideas as to where I can find one?
  15. Is that a new seasoning technique that you've found and aren't telling us about?
  16. Yes, an interesting article. I totally agree with the point that rivers should be allowed to meander again, thus holding back the rush of a flash flood. Unfortunately this is a totally unsuitable solution for the Somerset levels as the whole infrastructure of the rivers and drains are man made and don't flow with any discernable speed, apart from may be the rivers tone and parret. I'm not entirely sure the author of this article has seen the levels.
  17. One of your best, great angle

  20. Had the same last night, app and main site on android tablet and main site on iPad.
  21. As I found out to my cost these cheap pistons can be very expensive indeed. I know how you feel, at least with mine it was only a 650 cylinder that got wrecked
  22. Genuine parts available here, have had good service from them in the past http://www.mtmc.co.uk/Spare-Parts/Makita-Spare-Parts/Makita-Outdoor-Power-Equipment/Makita-DBC4010-Spare-Parts__p-240-12733041-12733052-42316.aspx
  23. That's one thing I can't stand. You keyboard warriors make me sick, how dare you tell me what is or isn't relevant! :D
  24. Thanks Barry, that's full of great tips. Especially love the use of the Allen key as I've tried getting one of those little sods out before and gave up.
  25. I wasn't aware of the expiration times, perhaps it would be an idea to make this clear on arbtrader so those viewing the ads know they are reasonably current, without a date an ad on the internet could be of any age.
