  1. The 79cc is the one Jonathan . Same weight more punch. Like a 440 vs 460
  2. Also double check it's the correct gauge chain for bar
  3. It's what turps is made from, which is pretty damn antiseptic I'd say. I'd say you were not imagining it. Also love the smell. More than I like "pine fresh" toilet cleaner like
  4. Have these. Bit shit but work fine
  5. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F251473365516
  6. Looks incredible there. Definitely makes me want to visit. Thanks for sharing
  7. I'd get a complete carb kit with replacement needle give it a good clean and go from there
  8. Often the parcel force website is cheaper than the 3rd party ones by the time you have insured it fully etc. But its wierd certain weight are so much cheaper through parcel monkey and parcel 2go etc
  9. Parcel force via parcel 2go or parcel force website. Never had any bother with them. Unlike others
  10. Yes I have. Also northern arb know about. Chains not pre stretched so wouldnt fit even though same DL as chain that was previously fitted. To be fair I had a large 9pin sprocket on which didn't help
  11. Link? Interested but looks like a rummage is needed? What echo spares?
  12. What sprocket are you using? Gustharts sold a lad i mill for the wrong 3/8 sprocket for lo pro on 660, which caused premature chain wear
  13. Something 40 to 50cc will fi as has been suggested. Echo and makia/ Delmar are decent other brands as well as stihl/ husky. You want new or used?
  14. Well blyth council say the Greeks didn't have beards....not really sure what they are on about but wanted them to be happy with it anyways. Every drawing I sent them had a huge beard in.....too many chefs I reckon. Only took 30mins to shave it off and make it look ok. Definitely reckon was better with bigger beard though. Also think preferred it unburnt tbh. Made a massive tenon in the elm stump and 2 of us lifted it upright once the tennon was slotted in place. Love chainsaw joinery
  15. Installed today. Council demanded beard trim.
  16. "Ooh Great! No ones on the blower yet" Lols, we do all secretly feel this though, even just a little bit. And always resent it when it's not you
  17. Had exactly the same as you with one of these saws. Went on and on trying everything, sadly i never got to the bottom of it. The only saw that has ever beaten me! Spud is probably right. Check the flywheel and ignition coil combo is correct. Best of luck!
  18. Me and a pal thought this also. He got pulled in Scotland once and the coppers were having none of it. Prosecuted him for it, points fine court case etc. Doesnt mean they were right mind you . Any sense in just buying a blank trailer plate off Ebay and stamping 1800kg on it? Obvs unsure of legality of doing this but essentially it's just a label. Wonder what is required to down rate a trailer?
  19. Looks same as My ms361 . You can drill it easy and there is the wee casting for the nuts to fit in. If you so desire.
  20. We get a negative draft sometimes, usually weather dependent, but opening or shutting various windows and doors usually sorts it. Doesn't happen very often maybe twice a year and the stove is lit all winter. I'd say it's not too unusual. Obvs you want to know if your liner is ok anyways and as said check batteries in smoke alarms.
  21. Enjoyed that thanks. Looks like there was plenty volume on them
  22. I'd also check the cutters are all close in length lefties compared to righties. Don't think this is the bother here but I have had it do funny things with uneven cutter length
