  1. pants here, been overcast, drizzle and cold all day
  2. If you are spending that sort of money then I would go for the diesel, The saving in fuel costs will be quite significant.
  3. I think some shooting people change how they feel about stuff like that as they get older, I know I certainly have, and a few people I know have as well.
  4. That looks absolutely stunning.
  5. I'm assuming you asked what happened before going off your head at her ?
  6. That is really nice, love the detail on it. How many hours has gone into it ?
  7. I just got my annual bill for my BOC Y size bottle via the volkzone deal and it's £45 for this year, well worth it and a considerable saving over the normal BOC price.
  8. Anything that makes your life easier is a worth while investment imo Have you actually managed to get a price from boxer ?, if you have then you are doing better than several on here, myself included.
  9. Was the card save £450 an upfront fee with no monthly charge for the machine ? iirc setup was free and you pay £25 monthly for the machine. That aside they are pretty crap anyway imo I am probably going to go to barclays this year when the contract is due for renewal. The paypal thing looks unprofessional imo
  10. Very Lucky indeed, glad everyone is alright.
  11. There is a recommended depth iirc, but it appears cable companies put them in as shallow as they can to avoid hard work. When we went through a fibre optic that was 25mm under the ground Virgin repaired it foc but I think mainly because the customer was going to cancel their subscription with them if they didn't
  12. Well the rebuilt has been earning it's keep lately I am going to try get a set of mach 5 wheels for it now

  14. If it's a paying job it would look very unprofessional imo And surely the extra time and wear on that little thing would make it better to hire a proper machine ? Just my opinion
  15. Good luck with that one way too much for it imo
  16. you need to consider whip in the crane when you stop and start lifting which then transmits to the chassis, especially when the boom is out, higher flow rate will create more whip, I am not sure what flow rate a power pack has but you may need to restrict the flow to help prevent it. Tbh I know a lot of people put them on the drawbar but it's a really bad idea imo, far too much nose weight, I have to unfold mine out to the back when empty, and mine isn't even on the drawbar.
  17. whats the crane lift capacity ?
  18. Depending on how much you want to spend I would consider a new block with relief built in, or find a s/h one
  19. Flowfit online for the pump and coupling and a 5hp loncin off ebay for about £130, will be a better solution imo. Then you will need a relief valve
  20. I am expecting the renewals in soon but I have both landies with the NFU, having had a claim with them I work on the principle that so long as the difference isn't too huge they are worth the extra, they also agreed prior to insuring that the rebuilt 130 is not a standard 130 and is not valued at the standard book value.
  21. I finally managed to replace my old kx61 that was stolen, kept debating between new or s/h, 2.7ton or 1.5ton, then out of the blue I got offered a very nice JCB early type 801.4 this week so couldn't refuse it. I have remembered to insure it this time though.
  22. Sorry to hear that, god i'm getting sick of saying that. Will keep an eye and ear out for them, as you aren't too far away.

    Oh YES!!

    Not quite that bad mate
  24. Ebay are unethical scum bags. The so called seller has now put me on his blacklist, oh well time for more fake ebay accounts I think. This really annoys the hell out of me.
  25. That looks a tidy truck
