  3. Thanks for your opinions I currently have my eyes on a s/h warn aswell, I am not really interested in a PTO winch, but the tmax comes with a pretty substantial tubular new winch bumper.
  4. I have been offered what seams like a pretty good deal on a Tmax EW9000 winch and a search on here only pulls up one mention of them. Looking through google it appears they are a bit like marmite. I just wondered if anyone on here had any experience of them, and if so what was your opinion of them ?
  5. Really, you paid that price for a website that isn't even responsive, which is pretty much basic stuff for a modern website. Yet their own site is.
  6. anyone brave enough to do a fibreglass landy shell and mount it on a new galv chassis will do well
  7. Been thinking about putting one on the landy but came across these whilst looking
  8. Sorry to hear that, I hope you were insured.
  9. If it's too late it can be added to next years
  10. It's a Land Rover, get used to it shaking your fillings out 130 is on bfg at's 110 is on bfg mt's
  11. 265/75x16, mostly road work for me at the moment.
  12. 50psi front 60psi rear for mine
  13. This may help Vosa letter to Ifor Williams
  14. G wagon pick up
  15. I would really like one of those, until I saw the price of them
  16. It was going to be used as the drive unit for a power rake, in the end I went with a 740 BCS 2 wheel unit. It did seam like a lot of money for what it is, especially when compared to an Avant
  17. My only experience was when I was looking to buy one or boxer or a vermeer, they were very efficient and helpful unlike Boxer who never did return a call.
  18. Nope I have always been a pessimist, that way things can only get better
  19. Temporary high imo Every time interest rate rises are mentioned it slows down again, although last year was a very good one. I have several customers saying work has started to dry up again And I am not overly busy for the time of year
  20. About 20k since it was rebuilt Jon
  21. that looks well
  22. you don't need to alter the plate, just don't take it over 2000kg
  23. Finally ordered the VNT kit and full width intercooler today for the 130. Will be good to see how much better it tows, but from speaking to some people who have fitted them it totally transforms how it pulls. if the figures are right then it should go from 110hp up to 168hp and torque up from 195lb.ft to 282lb.ft, not sure how acheivable that is but will be tamed down a bit anyway. I might dyno it before hand if I get time.
  24. I have run several ifor 8x5 tippers, and then went up to the 10x5, I looked at the 12x6 but decided it was too big to get in to a lot of the places I deliver to. You may want to look at other makes as well though, the later ifor tippers are not that good quality wise compared to the old models, when I replace I will be looking at others and very much doubt it will be an ifor.
  25. The jetbeam is 960 lumen but only for 3 minutes if using it continuously, it then goes down to the next level. The fenix is the best of the 2 but is quite a bit bigger and dearer but it's 900 lumen continuous. Mine came from a place in Hong Kong unfortunately, I would have bought locally but just couldn't get one, flashaholics have the TK41 at a decent price if you use a discount code.
