  1. Dead link I have been thinking about getting a camera like a gopro, so will watch this with interest.
  2. That's a nice looking loader. Kramer are exceptionaly good loaders, I had a very old 911 that was used for loading a powerscreen and it was great, and in it's low gears would push a house down, it's still working and according to Kramer they believe it's oldest Kramer loader in the UK. If it's a rear steer axle just watch for wear on the rear steer axle knuckle pins, and make sure you keep the bolts tight on the axle steering arms, once they come loose and get play in them they are a mare to keep tight. I am currently looking for another one.
  3. Has to be better than putting a match to it I would have thought.
  4. That's a bit of a waste, surely someone would pay something for it ?
  5. I use Sainsbury's strong espresso beans in the machine at home, then try various mixes when my g/f gets them at the coffee stall in town but it has to be strong I found out about the Aeropress the other day and bought one so I can have a proper coffee during the day at work, very impressed with it so far. I haven't had a cup of tea for years and don't miss it, but I do like my coffee
  6. Empty your in box VI Sorry for thread hijack
  7. I may be selling my Same 90 explorer 2 4wd soon, might be a bit big for what you want though, just over 9.5k hours body work is starting to get rusty but mechanically excellent.
  8. He should have thanked him not hit him, he could do with losing weight.
  9. I believe I got mine from tyres direct online (long time ago now) they were the highest rated I could find, I can't remember what they are now but it was considerably more than normal modulars were rated at. I want to get a set of mach 5 steels at some point, but have spent enough on upgrades for a little while.
  10. Anyone have any experience of SMC 3 toners, I believe they are a rebadged Hanix, but would appreciate any opinions on them.
  11. It's the rear axle weight that is the problem, which is over 2000kg You could put them on the front axle only and it would be ok A lot of the steel aftermarket wheels aren't officially suitable for a 130 either, I had to hunt around to find the right rating for mine.
  12. Isn't that somewhat ironic that they are being recalled in China because they are faulty. I wonder if China would like all their dodgy crap back ?
  13. They aren't strong enough for a 130, if they are genuine landie alloys they will likely have the load rating cast into them, but if it's the ones I am thinking of it's 1000kg
  14. when I climbed under my 02 for it's first service we noticed there were mazda stickers on the gear and transfer boxes, and others here and there.
  15. Nah we put up pictures of our landies because they even as old as the styling is it still looks soo much better than a ranger My ranger is standard except grabber at2 tyres, blimey if you put too many extras on them they will snap in half.
  16. I would prefer manual free wheeling hubs on my ranger, the diff lock coming on automatically when you engage 4wd is a ridiculous idea, at least then you could use low range when pulling away on the road by just disengaging the hubs. Can be bought but quite expensive.
  17. I looked at a P reg 110 station wagon the other week that had a chassis like new, but I know it's history and the workers who used it had to wash it down every friday when they had finished working with it. The chassis are a bit of a bad design at that back, but a regular wash will keep it lasting.
  18. We will not work in gardens where the customer hasn't cleared the crap, if I see any when I quote the job or they have pets I add in the quote that all crap has to be cleared by the customer.
  19. I continue to be impressed by mine. Been using just the truck well loaded today and it pulls a treat. Still having a trouble getting the fueling right on pulling away with the truck and trailer loaded, it's fine with just the truck. but there is another fuel pin that apparently will sort the problem so will try that next. Was the best money I have spent on the truck.

    110 Tipper.

That was one of my worst moves, it totally screws your perception of where the corner is for me, although I am getting used to it now finally.
  21. If you can find a good clean old version buy it instead of a new one, the new ones are flimsy rubbish imo. That or look at the many other makes out there.
  22. I was looking at the Rexton, I know someone that has one for a while now and is pleased with it. The pickup just caught my eye
