  1. Did you draw straws to see how had to take cable off.
  2. That's what I'm thinking but it's still at repair shop and I'm picking it up tomorrow. So will try and get part number of them and have a look for one.
  3. Turns out oil pump has thrown belt and oil pump no longer available so new engine needed. I am good at mechanic's and fabrication so was thinking has anyone fit diesel engine.

You can move a large piece of wood in water but when it gets to bank it's another kettle of fish. 20m cable should be ok as long as you have a extention rope you can shorten by knotting or different lengths of slings. If you want to take hard work out of job find someone how has land rover with winch and likes to play.

My uncle use to do kindling he got his from timber specialist how did moulded stuff and planed he would just sit trailer there and they would just chuck it on and I mean that it would hang over sides, front and back just had to cut it back. My brother went to there new place the other week and they now stick every thing waste through chipper and it goes bio mass. Roof truss company is a good place remember working near one a couple of years ago and they had two 10T agricultural trailers sat in yard someone turned up with old Ford 6600 and took them away he stopped and asked what was happening to firewood as he ran kindling business and firewood.

  22. Someone pinched battery. Yes ticking is fuel pump, so you have no power from switch need to check if power is getting to switch first.
  23. Yes now that it can be bypassed as long as you have shutoff key. Suction pipe in tank or drive dog between motor and pump.
