Run a oxdale, and made a table to good work height and long hoses split tons of wood with it.

Have you changed battery in remote, had similar problem with winch on one of my trucks it would winch in them stop, remote would not keep sending signal to winch to keep relay switched.

No idea what call there would be for stump grinder in North Yorkshire. In my area essex suffolk border you would have a job getting work for stump grinder as most companies have there own. Ever thought of grass cutting I always get asked in my area about it.

With stump grinding you have got to be good on spanners if you want to keep running costs down. And is there much work for them as most tree surgeons my way have there own or just get stump busters in. Were are you based.

Never had a problem with mine. Run digger and mini loader with turf tyres on. Just don't stop once you start going up that's what causes a problem. What model of trailer are you trying load on to and what length of ramp.

You may find it easier to just get ford or massey weights and make frame to hook them on. Think I have seen ford ones hooked on valtra.

Had a piece of dry elderberry go through a rear tractor tyre when swiping shoot rides was about one and a half inches in diameter.

Is a high level of vibration for a 'long hedge trimmer' normal?

I have ran 3 tanaka pole hedge cutters and one of them is a killer to your hands with vibration. Had to have new crank bearings under warranty as they had play in them still no difference. It runs OK so just use it with a good pair of gloves. -
To add, old warreners used it as snare pegs, large pieces split to get pegs and then shaped.

Surely as he is selling logs to be dried by the buyer he doesn't need to register, as long as he covers himself by stating not to be burnt until dry, with a good paper trail.

Nifty have it as an option on their large cherry pickers.

That is the trouble with large chipper, but if most of his work is one load away not a problem. But if he has or gets himself a trailer it would also work well. It's about time chipper manufacturers had an option of fitting power drive to wheels like some carvans have.

Just the size of a 8inch capacity chipper would put you off pushing it about by hand. As it is bigger I would of thought it would be easier to back it to drive as you will see it,

I would certainly say they has gone over the top with quote to repair but that's how they work no point repairing stuff just replace it. If you can get it cheap and repair it yourself to get it running would be worth a go.

They moved fence line nearer to tree when replacing posts last year.

Builder decided to cut bit out of conifer to get fence back.

I had an old Premier chipper and built up rollers with weld and them reshaped them the different in performance was great. You just have to now the angle you have to re-grind them too.

Must be over 12 years ago at work could not move right arm away from my side, customers daughter was a physio and he booked me an appointment, saw her the night and them next afternoon and she said i had detached rotor cuff muscles. Anyway got an appointment to see doctor how then sent me to consultant how also said the same as others had and said i needed opp to put it right with no need for MRI scan, at that point i dug my heels in and said i was not having any opp with out a scan. In the end he said ok but the opp appointment came first and i turned it down and the following week had x-rays to see if any metal in eyes and then MRI scan, turned out no problem with cuff muscles they only thing they found was i have a bone impingement So get a scan to find out if all telling you are right or not, from start to finish it was about 5 that said i had. Still gives me pain if i do something like flick a rope to get it to drop or use an axe or sledge hammer.

The answer to the question is, he how has anything on finance is not probably going to make it though. Sole traders or Ltd makes no difference if you cannot pay it back its going back. -

Old companies should be OK with good customer list and mixed work. Had gigaclear bloke stop and ask me about cutting some trees back yesterday, when I told him I couldn't do it till January he turned around and got back in his car. A lot of companies will not be registered so no way of knowing. -
Any good fabricator should be able to knock something up. Where are you based.

Any a little leak on a hydraulic union which is a sod to tighten up.
