  2. Don't know anything about them but would give it a 500 hour service before working it as I would guess no service history..Hope that's not your only truck as going to fill it in no time.
  3. Not sure what dash cam it is but my brother had one with move detector, so if you rocked or knocked car it would film. Years ago there was a couple of blokes pinching stuff, I cornered them in a cul-de-sac with a truck things got nasty so I backed off, got a message to someone how was trying to catch up with them, truck involved was found burnt out on a industrial site and there was no more crime in the area. Never asked questions if they court up with them.
  4. Catapult loaded with frozen peas,
  5. Camera is probably the best option, but need to hide it well. Or if they know farmer has cctv maybe just a dummy camera will do the trick.
  6. If you are asking that type of question, you own mind is telling you get a MEWP in.
  7. Rain again, I am thinking it would be nice to have a bit of snow just for a change.
  8. Switch would be my guess.
  9. Found this today, Scarlet cup.
  10. That's true, but it's 6m long so with draw bar you will be close or over max length to tow.
  11. Would say something around 50 to 55cc as for make it's your choice. The problem with second hand saws you never know the history, I ve bought quite a few saws second hand but all have been cheap and seized so I know it's a complete rebuild. Buy new and the best you can afford from local dealer.
  12. That's along Mewp to put on a trailer, so would need long trailer.
  13. Makes no sense at all, just go and knock on door gets result I have found.
  14. Kept them clean considering the weather we've had.
  15. Yes that would probably do, had customer put an application to council and they have said need letter from arborist to confirm condition of tree or tree's.. Emails are best to keep a note what ever party involved has said if it does get nasty.
  16. Maybe worth getting the arborist how gave you a quote to write a letter of concern that you can send. Or try and talk to a warden if there's one..
  17. Yes true, but good work stands out and will always get you work.
  18. It's down to what truck suits your work, my work is rural and transit would not work.
  19. Right back to old prune cuts and strip ivy off. Unless owner want different.
  20. Depending on budget, and size of stuff you want to chip.
  21. They got to do something with all the off cuts.
  22. You was luck not to do a tendon or nerve. Went through tendon in thump will skinning a deer, just straight across and then when plastics did surgery cut 90 deg to both ends to open it up. Can and will for the rest of my life feel knot in stitches they joined tendon with.
  23. Did you damage tendon or nerves, that looks good
  24. That's quite try there is plenty of old tree feller out there never done a course and would but us lot to shame. And would not take it lightly to told they need to be assessed by someone 20 plus years younger than them.
  25. I was also told bio oil when I had tendon repair to thump. Have you tried Vick it's ment to be good for nerve damage.
