  1. Have the same phone with a Griffin cover. My kids think it's highly amusing dropping it on the paving as a test. It's such a hard wearing case. You tube shows the camera turned on and it tied to the bumper of a car and off it goes. No damage to phone at all.
  2. And excellent customer service
  3. I have the same saw but the petrol version. Very good at the smaller diameter stuff, needs to be put through very gently on larger diameter logs but generally pretty good. Hates sappy wood, seems to clog up the teeth and pretty much grinds to a halt.
  4. Agreed, I'd stick the roots in a bucket of water for a few days, it'll soon tell you if it wants to live.
  5. Just make sure that you keep the rootball wet, those leaves will curl and crisp in no time otherwise. Very delicate plants indeed. To buy them that size, in a container I'd say £75-£100. Valuable plants the jap acers, especially the disectum.
  6. Seasoned timber, mixed hard and soft. Very good access. PM for details. Surrey based.
  7. Makes a noise like you can't believe doesn't it! Fireworks coming out of the chimney top?
  8. That really is quite amazing. Even after all these years burning good wood you would still have thought some build up would occur as the fire damps down.
  9. I only ask as I'm thinking of having the back of the hilux made into a tipper. It currently only holds 1.2 level load. If the sides were slightly higher id get 2 cube in!
  10. Hi, are you sure your pick up truck load is 1.8 cube?
  11. Even after the worst day, that would cheer you up. Very funny.
  12. Flat packed:thumbdown:
  13. Website says 1.65 cube
  14. They look good but proper expensive! Phoned them up, £52 plus vat, plus delivery. It doesn't say if they are treated either. My guess is they are just heat treated like modern pallets to kill any pests. Imported timber as well.
  15. Brilliant, thanks a lot. I will be buying those today, will let you know....
  16. Been there done that, it's even worse if anything. I've tried every anti inflamitry there is, doctor said cortisone injection won't help golfers elbow, it's so painful I have to use my left hand to flush the flippen loo! Not good.
  17. If anyone one knows how to help ease the pain of golfers elbow, I'd be very very very grateful!
  18. Too small, they are good, but get a bigger one, look at DMT sharpening stones. Very very good for axes etc
  19. Bench grinder, one wheel to grind, the other to strop
  20. I'm imagining that your saying that in a Frank Spencer accent
  21. Very different bark though and plane is twice as heavy when green
  22. Odd, in my opinion sycamore is the easiest wood to split.
  23. Hi, Just wondered if you had any advice for what I think is tennis elbow? It's got to the point where I wince every time I pick something up? Thanks
  24. The Frisia ( yellow one ) is very susceptible to die back on the top limbs
