  1. Lasti checked the 1x£= $1.60 US easy-lift guy
  2. I had no idea boat anchors could be that expensive these days?. No don't waste your hard earned ££££££'s for a turd. In the end after polishing you know what ends up on your hands!. easy-lift guy
  3. Absolutely fantastic, I would love to trunk monkey to deal with some of the mal contents I have seem verbally assaulting other drivers here state side! easy-lift guy
  4. Here stateside the local American Legion or some other service organization offers Poppy's for a donation in front of the grocery stores. I wear mine every year, sadly at least in my community I see less and less every year. It is a pity that so few know about this point in time. I am not sure the public school system over here even teaches about the number 11 and the year 1918. Private schools and military schools do remember and honor all of the injured and fallen. easy-lift guy
  5. I was not referring to slavery?, really curious where that came from. When you work do you work to receive payment for goods or services rendered or do you work for free? People that work for free have some means of supporting them selfs for basic needs like food clothing and shelter. People that work for them selfs in order to earn a profit after expenses are in all likelyhood a majority of the members of AT. There are still others that work for Councils that are competing against the private sector for the very business that provides a income for said workers. Weather you work for yourself or a company I would think that taxes are deducted from your wages in order to fund basic services provided by council?. If you think about it your competing against yourself in the open market in order to keep people employed, or do you understand that point. easy-lift guy
  6. Free enterprise allows the free market to dictate the price based on supply and demand. When any government attempts to involve it's self with free enterprise or private industry the results are always failure. The government uses and abuses funds collected based on taxes collected by PRIVATE INDUSTRY. Private industry does not for the most part depend on the government for its existence, however with out private industry you would not be interested in the alternative, at least I would not. People working for free is fine if one can afford it. FYI, working for free and Volunteering are Two different things. easy-lift guy
  7. There is a lockout feature with the IPhones that makes the phone useless to a thief. Tracking is also available as well stateside, not sure about your local? easy-lift guy
  8. Sorry not trying to lose you. If you read my original reply I was referring to People who work for councils and are able to bid against existing businesses for work with all overhead being subsidized by tax payers. I understand that in some parts of the world Free Enterprise is outlawed, I just don't understand why the state thinks its a good idea to bite the hands that keep it afloat:sneaky2: easy-lift guy
  9. Actually I volunteer to do clean up on a monthly basis here state side. I do not receive payment for services rendered, I do it becuse I want to. I believe paying people to work or bid against existing business concerns with no overhead and actual expenses for the sake of employment being subsidized by the tax payers is INSANE. Make work projects are well intended, however when the very taxes that are being raised to fund these councils are misappropriated, and or being abused at the cost of the tax payers, something or someone's will end up broke and busted sooner or later. easy-lift guy
  10. What I don't understand is how these council type people can compete against an existing business concern with no overhead, while at the same time be underwritten by the tax payers?. This seems absolutely insane!!!!!!. I hope don't live long enough to see that scheme over on this side of the pond. easy-lift guy
  11. Ain't it the truth:sneaky2:, we call them people busy bodies over here. Never happy, and they expect everyone else to be the same way. easy-lift guy
  12. Last year in Hartford CT. the show was still a go in spite of a really wicked Blzzard One week earlier. The attendence was not as strong as could have been with thousnads of crews working around the clock restoring power, at least on the last day show officials gave the crews a break and allowed free admision for the last day of the show . I believe nothing short of a direct hit on the convention center would postpone or cancle this event. easy-lift guy
  13. I won't be up until the 3rd for the TCIA Show. I wonder how it will be affected, if at all. Get a head start, look forward to any pictures. easy-lift guy
  14. Nice of you to give back or pay forward for the future. easy-lift guy
  15. What a pain in the Dupa!, Just cover your Dupa with the proper paper work from the officials and take that tree down:thumbup1: easy-lift guy
  16. Great to see that your keeping the business, All in the family. Very happy for you. easy-lift guy
  17. Only One pallet?, hardly think that would be enough for One member, however you have to start somewhere. I can't believe Honey maid crackers are so expensive:sneaky2:, better make it a pallet of each. You all have a nice weekend. easy-lift guy
  18. Thanks, perhaps 2016:thumbup1:, I nominate silky fox as my campaign manager, it will be a sweet gig, All the Mars M&M's and Hershey bars you can consume. easy-lift guy
  19. Rich, you are or will be a very lucky M&M consumer. Tell you what I shall do. With Holloween just around the corner most of the retail locations are charging the highest possible price for candy in general. The prices will start to drop very fast after the 31st, so if you can hold out a little while longer I should be able to snag some good stuff at a reasonable price in fairly good quanties based on your budget. I shall make this my quest for a fellow member. Looking forward to filling your M&M needs as well as Hershey chocolate bars!, I think I may need one after this reply. easy-lift guy
  20. Sorry it has taken so long to reply. Been busy. Send me a pm about the quantity your looking for I have access to all of the items you have requested! easy-lift guy
  21. Greetings WoodMouse, easy-lift guy here from the Sunshine State, USA. More often than not I am a ground dweller. You are amongst a fine group of like minded souls. Best Regards Ted
  22. Doctor Green, may I suggest with your replacement phone to activate the lockout feature and tracking system. You may have a better chance of recovering your phone from the swine that stole it. Of course a nice new case would also fit the bill, Otter box my choice. easy-lift guy
  23. Jon, real sorry to hear about the Audi. Please tell me that your trusty mascot from the APF Show was not harmed or alarmed??. You take care, hope you get everything sorted out. easy-lift guy
  24. Words like, indicate, may, and damage throw up many red flags but until conclusive evidence exist, I will continue to use products that contain Glyphosate, or I can just start using that butter flavoring at the movies:001_rolleyes: easy-lift guy
  25. At least over here until an after action report has been composed and filed forward up the chain of command for review it takes time for these matters to work there way through the system. easy-lift guy
