Can't see a forestry reference there Johny. If you're producing logs could a moaner argue that's outside the 'tree felling/landscape business' as described in the application?

Think the distinction is where the wood comes from. From your land is forestry, bought in is industrial.

My daughter was mauled in our garden by next doors rescue dog. Doesn't sound like you'll ever be able to trust this dog. I'm sorry but PTS is the way I'd go.
