  8. we augered holes about 800 deep by 300 filled with concrete and set the stubs in as we went. The hoops fit over the stubs and are locked with a screw

  16. I work off 50 tonnes per year for our 90 kW boiler heating two houses (both a bit rambling 5 bed). 4 cubic metres per tonne. Consumption varies between 650kg and 30 in the summer.

  19. A half inch socket is slightly smaller than 13mm, if you can get it started on the bolt then hammer it on, I have in the past managed to get the socket to cut a new hexagon by grinding the socket so it was sharp on the leading edge. Mind your eyes whilst belting sockets!!
  20. The flavour of petrol spoils the palate for beef or pork, only use good vodka if lighting with cooking in mind. The exception is a dried out cheese sandwich, which quite frankly improved no end by a dunking in two stroke mix and a quick flambee:biggrin:
