    6 Nations.

Just because us second rows weigh twice as much as any back, our knuckles drag on the floor and we have hair over every part of our body, it doesn't mean you can call us gorilla.... It hurts our feelings.

He was definitely committed. Best afternoon of rugby that I can remember since 2003.
  3. Glad you still with us. That x-ray looks bad. Wishing you a full, speedy recovery.
  4. If the brake works fine when the saw is cold but becomes impossible to engage when hot then it's the same as mine and I believe is a common problem with the 660. As said earlier, it's the exhaust heat that causes the plastic handle to lose rigidity. I've put a duel port muffler on mine, had the exhaust outlet adapted and also put so reflective adhesive on the handle. It's helped but it's still a problem.
  5. I had two before they got nicked. Thought that they were good saws back then apart from going through AV rubbers quickly. That was before I owned a 346XP, now I wouldn't own one again.
  6. Broken 372 chain brake.
  7. Another vote for Sycamore . . . . . Because of the stub structure . . . . . . . . And also because it's Sycamore.
  8. Yeah, see you at C&C Wayne. I'd like to camp as I want to see this big BBQ complete with kitchen sink, but if I don't i'll probably try and make the Saturday. Ed
  9. The human race is growing weaker by having to wrap idiots up in cotton wool. Bring back natural selection. Actually, that's not a bad idea - gaffer tape huge bundles of cotton wool to him every time he sets a ladder until he starts doing it right.
  10. Arrhh, thanks Hodge, I love you too.
  11. Just about recovered from my trip home. It was great meeting you guys (and girl). Shame about the rugby but it was an ace weekend. Didn't take many pics but here's one of The Circus plane trees, I guessed 200-250 years old - just researched and they were planted c1820 so I wasn't too far out. The two biggest must have a DBH of around 2 metres.
  12. Next trip you guys need to come to Cambridge, the amount of student totty is incredible.
  13. QUOTE=eggsarascal. I was going to sneak down with Wolfie, Unfortuneatly something as come up so I can't make it. I haven't heard from Eggs since this so I don't think he is coming.
  14. This is such a long thread that this may have been posted before but it's tickled me so I thought that i'd share.
  15. Shame the Walrus and Carpenter closed. Is Woods restaurant still there? Will need to remortgage.
  16. Yeah, book a seat for me please, haven't heard from Eggs, will text him now.
  17. Sounds good to me. Are we talking lunch or dinner?
  18. Hi Jon, You can pay me for the ticket in chain oil if you want, if you're still selling them.
  19. I happy with echo after getting peeved with various Stihl products. I do need to fix a couple of bits on my Echo multitool - dead-mans trigger snapper and locking pin at attachment has snapped but i'm putting this down to typical employee abuse. Only issue I have is that i have not found an online supplier of parts so have to go out of my way to a dealer.
  20. I'm a fan of SIP ballistics. Used to only wear Freedoms, now me and the team are in Innovation II's.
  21. Don't know if it's very similar but i bought UK MAP app for around £10-£15. You just download (for free) the areas you want in more detail.
  22. Yeah, if your accountant hasn't got the the Return state it shouldn't be a big problem including the trailer. If it is just add it to the current year.
  23. Can't find it. Is it on the dark net??
  24. My unwritten policy is not to ask employees to do something that i wouldn't do myself. This has mean't that i've stepped in to do risky trees as I knew their'd have issues with it. This has also caused me on a few occasions to think to myself "what the **** am i doing up this tree!"
  25. Hi yournamehere, wow, what a rant - well done. I've been waiting for a politics thread since we're within 5 months of a GE and thought that my post might instigate it. I agree with some of your points, bankers should have been publicly flogged and wouldn't it be great to solve poverty but you're deluded if you think Labour would have done much different with the bankers. Sure they might tax the richer a bit more but, like you say, not enough to greatly bother them but equally it will not raise enough money to greatly affect the poorest. I witnessed first hand how during the Blair rein, one of the most solvent money-rich periods this country has ever had, how money was thrown away left, right and centre and nothing was squirrelled away for these rainy days. Unfortunately the honest, plain speaking politician that are on their seat for the good of the country and their constituents, that look for the long term prosperity instead of making their name (and bucks) within their short term of office only exist in our dreams.
