  1. This. I'm gonna do some searching on which chainsaw trousers to order tomorrow. Shame this important to the op and others thread has been tarnished
  2. Behave yourself! You're the one saying its Cameron's fault people are loosing £1000's in stolen gear every day! Never heard such nonsense
  3. Had a 261 as well and it was a good saw, they've just been updated with a little more power and less weight, strong possibility it'll be my next saw as don't get on with my 550xp when the sun comes out!
  4. With these newer saws with electronic carbs which supposedly you can program the owner into, it's a shame they aren't all on a database that needs to be updated if the saw is sold. Would stop any repairs being done as the dealer could check it's legit when came into the shop so would devalue stolen stuff somewhat
  5. Good idea, might have to do that as well
  6. I think it is justified to be honest. I got wiped out December 2014, they broke into my shed and lock box, the moved my children's toys out of the way to get to my tools. They tipped a bin out we used for nappies as had a 8 week old baby at the time to fill with water to silence an alarm. So in my mind they crippled my family knowing there were children and a newborn baby in the house, at Christmas. To protect my family and ability to feed and house them i wouldn't have an issue with anyone putting down one of these criminals, perhaps if they thought this was an possible outcome rather than an asbo the crime rates would drop? I won't have tools at home anymore as won't give a reason for these people to come to my doorstep again. That said we have a house alarm that went off the other night at 4am, turned out the kids Guinea pigs set it off as were inside due to the frost, but believe me I was downstairs inside of 10 seconds and would have done anything to protect my family if found anyone there
  7. So we the tax payer should give out money to anyone who doesn't want to work or they'll just rob you anyway and that's fair enough and it's the governments fault?
  8. I don't think there is a 'that time of year' I was under the impression pre Xmas when the nights are longest were the worst but guess not reading this
  9. Hold fire! There's a new husky on the block!
  10. Can we get this like button already!
  11. Never used a 460, have a husky 365 that's a bit tired and it's night and day going from that! Should have got one years ago. Prob gonna put a 20 inch sugi on it for general use as got a 25 atm, not that it struggles in the slightest
  12. Bought this last Friday, very good so far!
  13. Good machines my dad picked one up last year, they chip well and run same blades as the modern timberwolf machines
  14. Recorded it so will watch when I get some time, should be interesting
  15. But they charge 5 times as much as I do and still people let them loose on their trees!!
  16. This is the measurements for the a530, at least you know they're not going anywhere!
  17. My Jensen is around 210nm which Is just in range of the £25 torque wrench from screw fix
  18. Most of the posts I see of yours seem spot on!
  19. These ones for general use until it warms up and then no gloves https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/121479449530 And welding gauntlets for spiky stuff
  20. Sure you can, here it is
  21. Because you're forever seeing scrap yards breaking 5 year old chippers??
  22. What year is it? Auto tune? I had a 2011 that was very responsive but think some of them aren't tuned properly to begin with!
  23. I like that grey colour one
  24. So they do, fancy the newer one though, that or the ms150, but a £250 price point would swing it
