  1. Looking for a processor, tractor and operator for hire in Hampshire. Preferably a larger machine. At least several days work. Many thanks Tom 07734906010
  2. Looking for buyers. Starting work next week, timber is average 30cm at chest height, nice and straight, can cut to any length up to 12ft. Timber will be roadside. Near Petersfield. 07734906010 Tom
  3. 2 or 3 man team available for subcontract work at good rates, with or without machinery, fully ticketed and experienced in all aspects of arb. Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex Timber extracted, site clearance, domestic work. Equipment available includes: Tracked chipper 4x4 tipper Tractor Loader Timber trailer & crane Bin trailer Extraction winch Flail mower 07734906010
  4. Looking for company's to sell my 3 meter biomass logs too. Who are people using? I was pointed to Euro Forest but can't seem to find them online. Many thanks
  5. That looks interesting! As for the billets I bring most of the log material home in big odd size lumps so would still need cutting down to billet stage.
  6. My log side business is in its 2nd year going very well. My problem is processing enough wood to keep up with demand. Already had a neighbor grass me up to council over one days chainsaw use! I need to be able to process arb waste, not processor friendly stuff. A lot of the stuff I sell requires at least a 24" bar upto 36" I need a quieter alternative to the old 660. Any recommendations/experience in larger hydraulic saws? I can run off my tractor which I use for the splitter and doesn't cause noise issues. Thanks
  7. Interesting, what issues have you had with your ST8? I have had my TR6 for must be 4 years now and not had too many major issues, bought it used.
  8. Does anyone actually own one of these? In the market for a 8" to 10" PTO chipper Not in the market for a new one mind, never seen or heard of one in real life. So highly unlikely I'm going to find a used one I think. Interested to hear what they are like to live with if any one has one or has used one?
  9. I'm after an experienced subby groundsman for immediate start and ongoing work. Bordon area, Hampshire Call, text or email 07734906010 info@grayshotttreeservices.com
  10. Has always happened regularly with my TR6. We just open the rollers with the bar and a strong arm, jam it open with a bit of 2 x 4 or similar, couple of old screw drivers and five or ten mins scraping out the crap around the gap where you can see the roller shafts and you're ready to roll again.
  11. Grayshott Tree Services are looking for new a new team member. Current apprentice has completed his course and is now off traveling. As an apprentice you get a minimum wage, full training, PPE provided, paid holiday, paid to attended college one day per week, and tickets paid for. Would also consider a more experienced groundsman or climber on a full time or sub contract basis. Varied work, good equipment, mostly local to Grayshott info@grayshotttreeservices.com

  13. MCB did mine for £2800 all in, good build but they are not reliable with how long it will take
  14. 2 bodies needed 3rd 4th 5th and 6th October. And just need more subbys in the phone book. Work is in Hindhead, tree and hedge work, bit of stump grinding. Groudies/brashdraggers/2nd climbers Any one considered. Tom 07734906010
  15. Arb spec ali or just a standard steel one, mine is shot to hell. Has the slightly angled wheel arches as standard
