  2. What’s your budget?
  3. Lift pump was dicking about put a fresh one on and every now and again machine would splutter and miss and die off.... unless you pumped the priming plunger.... we had to fit a new filter housing and it came with a plunger housing. flushed tank out and fitted new lines. Wasnt keen on the new lift pump. Fuel would seep back over night youd have to pump it up again in a morning. Fuel pipe had a split in it on site the other day so maybe this pin hole has been giving me greif all along till it let go? Anyhow bought an electric pump to fit instead as plenty of room and easy enough. Leave lift pump on but disconnected. If 12v pump ever konked out i could just put pipes on lift pump and away i go again
  4. Im wanting to fit a 12v pump to my jensen a530t. I have the pump. Will be looking for an ignition live, is this correct? is it an ignition live that activates the fuel cut off lever? Holds it out whilst running then lets it go to stop fuel when shut off? If so can i scotch lock into this? Or will it be too much for the wire? many thanks

I have a set of ally geckos here that i bought new in december, i cant get on with them, used about 4-5 times, will be selling them when i get the chance.... be £190.00 posted.
  15. Thats one thing yes but then its all these threads with people going on about brass that fills their heads with generic crap that doesnt apply to all, too many variables. Not location specific etc i think facebook and arbtalk have made this subject worse.
  16. I can agree wit Joes comments on higher money means more difficult / shittier jobs. A good few years back my rate went up to 150 a day climbing..... i weeded out the crap payers and messers. Bearing in mind at thisnpoint i was running my own business. on the climbing side of things i had a few good regulars but even some of them went quiet on the phone as why pay 150 out for a job a 100-120 man can do? would you? thus when the phone rings youd be going.... hmmmm whats this job lol always did the jobs aswell. Ive been on 200.00 a day aswell for higher pressure jobs and harder timescales. also i dont freelance much now adays and to be fair when i do IT FEELS LIKE A DAY OFF !! More relaxed and i always find it a good day
  17. Its the latest one so must be. Nice and comfy

  23. Was the conpressor but removed to mount a splitter. Have 2 big concrete blocks either side.... now it has just the 2 big blocks on. absolutley useless with out the weight! Face downhill with an ibc of logs on forks it would pick back end up a little and no traction
