Spoken to them today, boots still over in germany! Boss is away till next thursday..... Won't give me a refund! That'll be 6 weeks by next week! Company doesn't seem to be bothered. The way i see it is that the company has my money and mendi has my boots..... thats wrong!

10 days! thats excellent service! i must say i'm not going to deal with this company again, they asked me at the very start if i had a spare pair of boots to use, i said no, just my old ones which were knackered! tread worn out and holes to feet! So i've had to buy another pair of boots to put me on. Do you think i'm within my rights to get a refund?

Dealers been playing the its in the hands of mendi card for ages. Got a phone call last week saying they were being sent back to the dealer from mendi, but i quizzed and quizzed them and the said they didn't lnow what had been done to the boots, but said they would be here the middle of this week! Got a phone call today saying the boots havn't arrived back from mendi yet.... what do i do?

Evening, Just wondering if anyone can enlighten me as to why this acer is dying Part of the crown stayed dormant 40-50 % 35% come out then died off and only approx 15% living foliage left. I have only seen the tree today, and its due to come out but was wondering what could have caused this? There are 3 other acers on the site that are fine, wind comes from a different direction to that of the foiliage death, grounds ok, not waterlogged or too dry, nothing near the base of the tree, no signs on the bark other than some orange covering, seen other tree's with this and theyre ok, must be due to environment conditions. I'm thinking bacteria or fungi affecting cambium? Also this is in a conservation area, i know usually you have to notify of intent of works, but its just its not dead yet but will be and if it was dead it could be removed... so what would be best in this situation? was going to speak to the to anyway. Hi there, got some tree's to plant, and a hedge row soon. I'm planning to plant with compost, hedge row will be done when root ball plants are avaliable, so will be turning the soil over and putting some good ness back in Anyhow just wondering if there are different types of compost? or do you use something else? peat etc?

Still not heard anything about my boots! Mines ok, polished like you say. I've bought one of them petzl twister things to allow you to rotate 360 degree's to put on my tree motion bridge when i get chance..... Cant get my head round the little pin that holds it together though that supports my wieght one day i'll fit it or it'll be 40 quid wasted lol
