  1. We've had a blower swiped from the tool box whilst parked roadside and several guys on the deck, cheeky bugger just leant out the window and away they went, bent number plate on their van too. We also had someone crawl through a hedge and take three saws in a front garden while the guys were in the van on the drive with the saws just out of sight, expensive one that was. Don't think any things safe from career criminals tbh.
  2. I've never heard those definitions before, always thought they were the same thing.
  3. Snap, only made it 1/2 way back to the yard though. One thing I have noticed is that clients rarely call to let you know if rakes, brooms etc get left behind, I guess they think of it as a bit of a bonus. More valuable items they tend to be a bit more honest about and leave a dumpy bag of rakings and you barely make it off the drive.
  4. I made "chicken" nuggets with it previously which were very good, even mushroom haters liked them.
  5. The omelettes good with a it of onion, would have used garlic but the other half's been put off by an over enthusiastic Asian lodger her mum had when she was a kid, bit of a no no for breakfast.
  6. Very good, not too sure what best to do with them so shallow fried in olive oil and a light seasoning with salt this morning. Might make an omelette. Only took the small bracket at the top of the three but looks big on the board.
  7. Was eying up one by our yard earlier, never sure how long to give them. It's about 3 days in so far
  8. Nearest place I know. https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Rose+a+L,+133+Reigate+Rd,+Epsom,+Surrey+KT17+3DE/@51.3324015,-0.2378744,16z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x4875e263bf9b5717:0xa523610f5e720b41?hl=en-gb
  9. I try to do 2 or 3 batches a year but tend to get through the it so quickly it doesn't seem worth the effort. A lot cheaper than buying it though http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=84260
  10. I'll have Brucie Practically won already
  11. Yep they replace the whole lot including the red bit and laces, I'll try and dig out the contact.
  12. £85 I think. well worth it imo, I think the uppers will easily outlast the sole again.
  13. Or you could just let nature have the stump, it doesn't look like a trip hazard to me.
  14. I just found the plastic bits broke with the slightest impact, lock tight only helped half the problem. Liked the helmet other than that, hope the new ones are as good.
  15. Pot ? That monsters been in for over a year. You have to be careful righting these problems, nearly lost my head when it flicked back up. Localised flooding too May have to call the army in, a bit worried about looters
