  11. Just have a good look at it once put back together to check it all lines up. If you want a second opinion post a pic of it reassembled on here for constructive comment in case there is something amiss.
  12. Is there a fold out compressor and air line in the box as well?. Would be handy as that's where most problems start.

  16. Being a bit less ambitious helps when rigging, avoids a lot of the problems you mention and learn how to rig properly.
  17. Rigging lines and climbing lines should not be near each other or near you. If they are re rig.
  18. Sod using a knife or silky for that, if its that big it would get a touch with 200T or whatever saw I'm using.
  19. Excuse my ignorance, but to be vat registered turning over 85k you will need to be working over 4 days a week at that rate? You do not need to be above the 85K threshold to be VAT registered, you can voluntarily register below it.
  20. They wear where they hook round the clutch shoes, leaving thin spots on the springs, the tension comes off as the springs become coilbound. Very common on well used 200T

  25. Last post on this thread was 11yrs ago, hopefully things have moved on a bit. I pay from £100 for a labourer with minimal tickets and just starting to £150-200 depends what you bring to the table.
