  1. Sod using a knife or silky for that, if its that big it would get a touch with 200T or whatever saw I'm using.
  2. Excuse my ignorance, but to be vat registered turning over 85k you will need to be working over 4 days a week at that rate? You do not need to be above the 85K threshold to be VAT registered, you can voluntarily register below it.
  3. They wear where they hook round the clutch shoes, leaving thin spots on the springs, the tension comes off as the springs become coilbound. Very common on well used 200T
  4. And predrill the cladding, stainless screws as well if your worried about black marks.
  5. Last post on this thread was 11yrs ago, hopefully things have moved on a bit. I pay from £100 for a labourer with minimal tickets and just starting to £150-200 depends what you bring to the table.

  7. Travel down the A9 and its not just run off. The conifer foliage is burnt on the side nearest the carriageway by the salt thrown up by vehicles as a spray.

    Nope normal quality 2 stroke oil at 50:1, such as stihl HP super or husqvarna XP or redline
  11. Is it not a standard Kubota one. Any pics of alternator and engine. Any identifying marks/numbers on alternator.

  15. IIRC the 540T I hire, the undercarriage is Italian mini digger base. There used to be a plate on the side of the track frame assembly which identfies it.
  16. Only welding bottle removals company would not carry in their lorry, when moved from Suffolk to Huntly, came up on back seat of range rover.
