do you intend to keep filling and splitting logs on it ? if you put a wildflower mix down its one cut a year about September/ October, have you the tools to cut it then and clear it up?
  2. no idea of the price but you would need to get a long lease on the land as you will be looking from planting to harvesting about 5 years
  3. i would think battery storage for yourself to use on a night is the way to go as it costs a lot more to buy the electric compared to what you sell it for
  4. don't forget the trench coat and hessian sacks raped round the legs.
  5. one of my clients had an old countax then bought a new one can't remember the model number but it was a twin cylinder Honda engine a bit more powerful than the old one. but they had a one-and-a-half-acre paddock and half was a wildflower meadow cut once a year, so they got a paddock cutting deck to do it (a pain to change the decks on a gravel drive and different size drive belt) you could Onley do half a breed at a time otherwise it would stall.
  6. Maby the ruskies have hacked it.
  7. even my kindling in the garden shed is damp never mind the logs in the log shed the air humidity has never been below 80% for the last few months had to invest in some fire lighter just to get the sticks burning.

also be aware that some fencing panels can be metric and others imperial which can make a big difference if you are just replacing a few panels.
  9. fly tipping is your problem as its on your land. quite a few of the wood lots do not include sporting rights so whoever owns them can shoot them even when they don't own the land/wood without your permission
  10. some cars have the air intake low down also be aware of the axel breather. slow with a few revs is the way I know it but avoid deep flowing water because you are likely to get washed away like those poor folk in the Yorkshire dales did a couple of weeks ago.
