would it be relevant to ask to be represented by say The Arboricultural Association for the Arb side of HSE, I remember they have a working relationship, in the past with climbing / mewps and more, from press re. FISA / FCA I think I would have more faith in the AA

Make sure the lever is engaged fully, sometimes only needs slightly knocked to dissengage. Also check wires we once had a dealer replace the whole clutch pack and then realise wire had been knocked off .

we have kept our old TP for 20 years now and although now recently replaced with another TP, I would consider you better keeping the one you have, ''it still works fine'' you know its workings and I guess not over complicated with modern day electronics, and its run in!
