  1. Hi Spike, that might work If I can set it up with the client,so dont hold your horses on it,no rush anyway.

If I get the day set up I will give you a shout, but as I say if something else comes up for you, take it.

  2. I always have a dig round,saves on teeth.
  3. I get this now & then if the blades are dulling off,I think the timber gets a chamfer on it & gets battered by the blades rather than cut.
  4. Ta mate,I'm browsing me book trying to expand my familiarity with these things on a wet afternoon!
  5. And this moth was in under the debris, not sure which it is after browsing my book.. IMG_0024 by geoff321, on Flickr IMG_0028 by geoff321, on Flickr IMG_0020 by geoff321, on Flickr

  8. Yes you did..instant crazy paving! Hows the elbow?
  9. ,in truth the big man did good, just glad I wasn't downhill of him!
  10. In my opinion a good well maintained landy will serve well, and keep doing it. I have had a few from series 2 through to my TD5,had a few problems over the years, but I expect that from a motor that gets worked very hard. Show me another 4wd 3.5t arb truck for under £12000,(2nd hand) with easy maintenance & cheap parts, the dodgy thunderclaps & raging bulls,(not to mention other pretentious names),are designed to impress, not perform in a hard work environment,I don't Think I have seen anything on the road, working, day in &day out with a good sized tipping body other than the landy.
  11. Well come on Allen, that 12mm rope did go down to about 8mm before you decided to take a ly down...good call though!
  12. :thumbup1:Well it was fun,I sat about(as usual), arbogrunt impessed me with his climbing and work flow on a hard climb,Felix the whopper made me feel handsome,(and that is hard work),and Sam just made me work harder on the chipping, he was a whirling dervish on the drag...thanks all three of you for putting up with me! I had a great day. The dog is NOT happy,he never got a mention for his tolerance and gentle nature!
  13. Great pics David,I get a few or these growing round my parent's garden, the smell is horrendous.
  14. Thats a nasty knock, hope you get sorted out in good time.
  15. Welcome Mr Bonhomme,Your next challenge is to get a lunge up!
  16. Thats a good one....Godammit!
  17. Heart stopping stuff Mark, you made short work of that climb...!
  18. That's a rough one, hope he gets over that soon.
  19. Thats strange, countax are still the importers, and unless the saw is a grey import,or a million years old, you should be able to get the parts. Have you gone through this website? Echo Tools

Yep,get it gone right over by someone who knows them well,it will pay dividends. Also its no bad thing to drain every fluid and replace with good quality fresh stuff, mine gets done every 6000 miles. Oh & a set of ear plugs & a bilge pump!
