  1. They had pried off the badges with a screwdriver, knicked bits from inside & smashed the lights out of it too, kids I would think, but must have taken a bit of effort to get the wheels,I cant see how they could sell them, its a brand new car,& not too many of them about I would think.
  2. The owner was following a range rover,& thought it would be ok,trouble is the water was 2 1/2 foot deep!
  3. Absolutely.
  4. Spot on Felix.
  5. Near Danbury Essex mate, Those wheels would have looked so bling & Essex boy on my chipper, more so the carbon discs...
  6.
  7. Dragged this out of a flood, looks like someone got to it with their spanners & jack, the owner was a little miffed at his 3 day old car not getting through the flood,& a bit more miffed that it was in less than complete condition! Not a cheap car by any ones standard. 002 by geoff321, on Flickr
  8. Try the breath right strips, another good one is young (the round) eucalyptus leaves, cut them up & crush them,& put them in a cloth bag by the bed,or in your pillowcase:001_smile:
  9. My dog manages to do both at once,so there is some connection...
  10. Stunning wood,& fantastic turning,I love it!
  11. Aww shucks, theyve gone now,I was just getting used to them!
  12. My wife claims that she doesnt,I think she's right, she doesnt keep her mouth shut long enough to build up the pressure.

  15. Try some of those 'breath right'nose strips that you can get at a chemist,or maybe a sports shop. they help. Or get the other half some ear plugs!
  16. Well done!
  17. Top idea methinks.
  18. Once the brake is on the clutch drum bearing will be working,& with the clutch band load on it,if the bearing is shot it could cause the noise. I thought they had a fix for this problem with a different clutch drum & sprocket.
  19. Aww shucks,we can't help it...... Nice to see those frames made up,lovely job you did there,& your a real nice feller too...
  20. Here you go Rich;
  21. Good Luck with the rest of the test Chris,Dirt bike riding gives the best skills in controling a bike on the road in bad conditions.
  22. Building a Harley chop/bobber,heres a couple of pics,it is work in progress!
  23. I would miss the sound of a big limb busting the hinge, then the sight of it going down. That feeling of joy & speculation when you crack up a saw for the first cut in the morning. The joy & relief at the end of a drag & chip. & looking back on a nicely done reduction. I would miss the anticipation on the way to an awkward job. Most missed of all I imagine would be not expanding & learning more about the job from those I work with:001_smile:
  24. Looks well engineered, but I have to agree with you,it just is not looking right,& my attitude is if you cant go see it then dont buy it with these things. Not my cup of tea this one.
  25. Sounds like you got a lovely saw there mate,& this sale just gets me feeling jittery & a bit..:confused1:
