    Jokes???

Fifty Shades of Grey - A husbands view The missus bought a Paperback ...down Shepton, Saturday, I had a look inside her bag; ....T'was "fifty shades of grey". Well I just left her to it, And at ten I went to bed. An hour later she appeared; The sight filled me with dread….. In her left she held a rope; And in her right a whip! She threw them down upon the floor, And then began to strip. Well fifty years or so ago; I might have had a peek; But Mabel hasn't weathered well; She's eighty four next week!! Watching Mabel bump and grind; Could not have been much grimmer. And things then went from bad to worse; She toppled off her Zimmer! She struggled back upon her feet; A couple minutes later; She put her teeth back in and said .....I am the dominater !! Now if you knew our Mabel, You'd see just why I spluttered, I'd spent two months in traction For the last complaint I'd uttered. She stood there nude and naked Bent forward just a bit I went to hold her, sensual like and stood on her left tit! Mabel screamed, her teeth shot out; My god what had I done!? She moaned and groaned then shouted out: "Step on the other one"!! Well readers, I can't tell no more; About what occurred that day. Suffice to say my jet black hair, Turned fifty shades of Grey.

    Small Echo's

Yep,they wont compete with a 346,or even an ms200,but better than an ms170 maybe,& much lighter & thinner,no way you can get tired wielding it about all day.

    Small Echo's

Well I have the 270,& the tes 260,same saws, just rear & top handles. Both have been used hard & beyond their design purpose,no probs in about 3 years other than one brake band. Just finnished an orchard take down, the whole lot had to go through a small chipper,(tw125),so a lot of cutting. Took 2 weeks solid work, about 100 trees /day,& the saw was my preference for the light weight & keen cutting ability. Saw performed without any agg,& its already done about 3 years sporadic work.
  10. No I dont think it works like that huck,,but the little saw might just as easily reduce the wear & tear your upper body goes through. Give one a try & see how you feel, nowt to loose if you can lay your hands on one.
  11. I would advise against that as a potential, this dealers products are 'not the best' available, barge pole treatment please!
  12. Nice work Andy, the monolith looks superb!
  13. That looks nice,I wonder if the uk will see them.
  14. Seems like the little echo is quite popular!
  15. Sounds good to me Gramps!
  16. Alls the better, that way I can deffo use the bike, the saving will go towards my petrol & save me the agg of using my bus pass! Thanks for the heads up Foxy!
  17. Me..I hate any sort of finance, but it might be the way to go for a quiet life rather than fighting to fix a lemon after work, you might struggle to find a nice reliable machine at the money you are looking at,so keep an open mind,& try not to get rushed into something.
  18. As I said on the 'makita thread',I have used one & it was a good quality saw,so now we have 2 known good options here, sure there are others too,the small stihl would be a nice saw I would imagine as well. I realy hope for some input from the 'non believers' here, thats what I want to get going alongside good options on the kit. Come on you heavy handed heathens, you know you want to be converted!
  19. Thats my way of thinking too,get the 020 carb,(it gets rid of the piston pump problem),its a straight fit, just a bit of an angle to get to the H or L screw through the 200t rubber shield, but not a prob. Either that or get the 200t carb & if you get grief from it in the future,do the carb mod to blank off the piston pump, easy ten minute top whack fix.
  20. Here is a good quality 26cc saw from echo,Its the one I have had for a few years, only part so far was a brake band that broke one time. Other than that it has slogged its guts out on jobs often involving a lot larger diameter wood than it is designed for,(sectioning out limbs to say 8 inch when Iv'e decided it a hazard limb whilst undertaking a light reduction for example). Echo CS-260TES Top Handle Chainsaw
  21. Sounds like a good idea,I've never visited, which at my age is a crime! It's one of those things I need a 'kick start' on,I love my photography as a hobby,& Kew offers so much to us arbs. I could blatt down there on me bike,so no excuses realy for not visiting!
  22. I was on that thread too mate, its what prompted me to start this one,it's been in my mind to for a while,& I realy think it could be usefull for this to be got out in one place,a good quality small top saw is in my mind worthwhile. Born2Trot,thanks, its the good quality saws in this category that I'm aiming at here.
  23. You realy need to keep a fresh disc in your tardis tacho Mark, your all over the place on this thread!
  24. Ok,maybe I should have run a poll, but dipping a toe in the water instead. So I use a small echo top handle saw,& have used the Makita version,I find old bones benefit from the lower weight & vibes from these 'tiny toppers',my main questions would be for those,(the majority),that do not use one. Have you tried them? Why would you not have one? Have you considered one in the first place? Seems like a few of us do find them a viable asset to have along side the proverbial 200t, mainly for reduction work & a bit of conny hedging, personaly I would not be without mine on some jobs,it just makes things so much more efficient.

    Makita saws

They get good feedback from those that have them,I'm keen on echo products myself, but I supose its all about spares backup in the short & long term that concerns a lot of prospective users. Big J,I have used the little topper too, great little saw for what you say!
