the piston pump goes on these,an easy fix by bypassing it,but also carb manifold(rubber) could be split / not fitted right,tank vent & other pipework blocked /split. If you are good with spanners dismantle check/replace all rubber carb & ancillary parts,give the motor a compression test,give it fresh fuel,set the carb to its standard settings & go from there. Also make sure the exhaust is not carboned up. That should keep you busy! or get hold of Spudulike on here,or Gardenkit,& have them do it for you,if you are not familiar with the 200t workings,this might prove your best option.

Bust my big toe a few weeks back,its been a pain since,couldnt walk for a week. Completely my own fault,dropped a petrol whacker plate on me foot,hiking boots with no toe caps. It was a nightmare in bed,I ended up cutting the end off a large lemonade bottle to act as a protective sleave at night!Worked a treat.
