    but work like that is few and far betwene down here , its a hard enough job to get £335 a day for a two man team consisting of two climbers and all the kit

    exactly and as i said for £200 a day i would be expected to bring all the saws that i will need , a rigging kit and a chipper , trust me im sure that it is more priffitable for you oh and it would not be a timberwolf150 it would be our 190

    i guess it depends on how many climbers there are in an area and how compitent they are , im not saying that the climbers are any less compitent than me up there but there are probably more up there that are willing to do the work and that have all the kit

    that seems strange , i am now charging more than this time last year and am getting more work than i was this time last year , personally i think that a climber should be paid what he is worth , i can charge £200 with a chipper down here so im sure £250 up there iant that much

    personally i think that if a person is that keen to break in then there aint much you can do to stop them , however one company i worked for in devon used to lock all of their kit inside a well secured building and insid the building we had several containers to put saws , chippers climbing gear etc etc into and they had the anti theft locks fitted to them , at least that way if someone was to break in they would have to work hard to get the kit and lets face it thats the last thing that the thieving sods wanna do

    down here in cornwall it really is totally diffrent , i was charging £100 a day with climbing kit , saws and rigging kit and £150 with a chipper , tbh it was all you could charge down here which is a totall joke but what can you do ??

    i had a chap down here with a stump gringing and tree surgery firm get im in as a free lance climber to take down an awkward job , to cut a long storey shor i was lowering a section of timber down on his light lovering line which he insisted i use , as i cut through the section of timber he let it drop to much and the section of timber went strait through a fence pannel and i was expected to pay !! WTF?? so i had it out with him at lunch time and his reasoning was that his insurance did not cover me and it was my fault that he did it because i should have told him what to do as i had much more experience !!!!! and to be honest i could not not pay him as he was clearly not going to pay me for doing the job and providing a chipper

    after my blaster a had a bansh , that was great fun untill i came off of it in a big way so i sold it and aint ridden since - that was when i was 18 but im really keen to get another quad now

    lol when i had my blaster it would get a quick blast with the pressure washer and forgotten about untill i was racing the next weekend lol

    great stuff im not sure weather to get an art positioner or a new rope with the money i have been given , let me know when your going to order your axe as i may give you then money to get me a large splitting maul if thats ok , i used to have one when i was in devon working for the arb agency

    hmmm not good mate , i must admit i climbed an 85-90 foot pine with my lock jack and a soaking wet rope - lets just say it was interesting , well actually no it was not it was in fact not nice at all as it was all or noting with the lock jack lol (that was on that pine up at Paul cemeterry )
