  1. its hard not to be impressed by hucks set up and ability to use it. i am feeling the need to upgrade my hiab trailer, but its just money money money all the time with kit. i am hoping to get down to daves soon for a play, and pick up some tips, he has already given me some pointers over the phone that worked a treat. i havent got any pics on this laptop of my mog,chipper,crane se up so todays tractor photo will have to do:001_cool:
  2. i have never seen it before, the amount of hard awkward jobs that would of been so much easier if i had known how to do that, especially banking or cliff jobs:001_smile:

  5. when you sign up to do a course in arb at college, do you have to take a fitness test? or can anyone just fill out the forms and pay the bill and walk through the door? personally if a wanabee climber couldnt do 10 front arm pullups i wouldnt entertain them, there are a lot of new gadgets to make climbing easier, but will this make the newbies lack strength for saw work. when i started everything was hard, from cutting ,lifting,dragging to climbing so i never knew any better. does the college include gym work on their courses:confused1: answers please from the ones in the know or if you just want your 2 pence worth.
  6. both ends or 2 ropes are fine in a big open crown without too many limbs, worthwhile spending the time to set up, but after seeing steves V set up with the hitch climber i wouldnt bother anymore.
  7. my first transit was like that, you had to lift the front by hand to give it a little help, but then i got a new one with a single four piece ram. awesome:001_cool:

  9. blue tooth john, all the way, fantastic. you wont know how you worked without them before. one of mine has packed in. i have contacted norman at the address below. they are peltor headsets. 180quid a piece. then i fitted them to stein hats, but if you are on budget you can put them on stihl hats.   12. i have never drank in the house, even when i was younger. i always wanted to go to the pub. but i used to go every night back then. it was great. then i tried having a hang over when i started climbing:scared1:once was enough. spewing out of a tree with the sweats in winter isnt cool:sad:
  13. my new ones are excellent, trying to not use them and keep them good but i dont see that lasting. i will pm you tomorrow and let you know if wee scott wants the small ones:001_cool:
  14. the wee man hid in the plastic tunnel and smiled at the ladies, he froze when i shouted' come on wee man' but he was a gentleman in the plastic wheel barrow race. when he passed it over he turned it round and passed it properly handles first, the rest just through it on the ground:thumbdown:
