  1. my dad had a 22-250 when i was younger with a bi pod. it was like carrying a big pinch bar:ohmy:

  17. it all depends on the deal you make with the employer, the more money you want then the more stuff you bring. if you use your own gear, its always sharp and working. and the climbing bag hasnt been lying damp all weekend either.

  22. your interview starts from the second the boss sees you, dont go bombing into the yard in your car and jump out with your laces undone. carry yourself well and take some pride in your appearance, not poncy but clean and professional. dont walk by any lads struggling with a trailer and tow ball, give a hand. be pleasant. this job is all about graft, simple. dont moan or groan, or give a big sigh if you are tol to split logs all day or bag chips, just do it and smile. dont ask a million questions first thing in the morning and dont talk about fitba
