  2. Warmington won't be happy with you messing with his logs stacks.
  3. Yes, i will dig out a couple of photos. Lack of a diff lock meant it was not good on soft ground, and the hydraulic winch was a bit slow. But it extracted a few thousand trees before i up graded to pto winch and tractor. Sent from my D2303 using Arbtalk mobile app

  18. It's a sun dog, as David said its light refracting through ice crystals. You also get the same effect with the moon, known as a moon dog. Sent from my D2303 using Arbtalk mobile app
  19. Good grunt, not utilized enough in tree work.
  20. The drum should just pull out by hand, unless the bearings have seized. One of my drums just pulled off, the other i had to resort to a tirfor winch to pull it off. Heat will help if it is stuck.
  21. This will help Sent from my D2303 using Arbtalk mobile app
  22. You will have to take the cable, and cable drum off first, before you drive out the center shaft. I resorted to using an aluminum headed fencing mell to drive out the center shaft You might need a clutch puller to remove the winch activating arm between the nuts and the drum. If the winch has not been used for a while, the bearing will probably be seized, and can be a pig to get off as well. Enjoy. If you e-mail fransgard with the model number, they will email a parts diagram which will help.
  23. It fourteen init? Sent from my D2303 using Arbtalk mobile app
